Beautiful unit however you could hear the footsteps of the people in the 3rd floor unit and there was only a couple staying there. Needs a better sound barrier.

Top Notch!

We’ve been vacationing in Amelia Island for 15+ years and typically would stay at the Ritz Carlton; wanted to try something different and hands-down this was the best decision; no more Ritz and will definitely come here again. From the ease of check-in, to the accurately described and wonderful atmosphere with every last detail thought of, we had a wonderful stay; the view from the second level is fantastic and proximity to the beach is unparalleled.

Incredible place!

This three story home was the epitome of luxury!! Every possible upgrade was thought of - from the closets to the lighted mirrors in the bathrooms to the sleep number mattresses, no stone was left unturned!! And there are no words for that adorable elevator!! The view was incredible and the patio was sublime! It was a place made in heaven!!

Exceeded Expectations! We'll be back!

Gorgeous property right on the beach. It was perfect for our family (parents, 5 year old and grandma) so everyone had their own room. The bunk bed was a huge hit with our son! The pictures truly reflect the actual quality and décor in the unit. Easy access into the building and 2nd floor has beach stairs off the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans and so much more. The bathrooms are stunning, all brand new and super clean. We were so impressed with the details and thoughtfulness that has gone into making this a fantastic vacation spot. We will 100% be back soon!

Stayed on the second floor. Was amazing - great location with stairs right down to the beach. Parking out front very easy. Communications on access were great. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were awesome. Would very much come back to this property.

A very nice and well equipped unit. For the first time, I have no complaints about the rental property we chose. Great views and right on the beach. There were no renters on the third floor during our stay, so I can’t comment about how quiet the unit will be with people above you. Great stay and will definitely book again. Might want to leave a few basic “how-to” instructions for the induction range top.

Mother Daughter Getaway

We went to celebrate our daughters’ high school graduation - six people total. The unit was absolutely perfect for us. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and steps from the beach. We loved sitting on the deck and the short drive to downtown Fernandina Beach. Tons of great restaurants. Amelia Island has a great vibe.

Fabulous!!

The property was better than advertised!! The views are amazing, watching sunrise from the patio is a must!! We absolutely LOVED the style and decor of the property. The craftsmanship was top notch!!! it was very quiet and peaceful even with the guest above us. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Amelia Island to visit family. We have stayed at many places on the island even at the Plantation and this is by far our favorite place!!
