The backyard offers open space for relaxing or spending time together, with golf course views adding to the setting. Pool heat is available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day.

Inside, the home features an open-concept layout designed for comfort and connection. The living area includes an HDTV, indoor fireplace, and ceiling fans, creating a welcoming place to relax. A dedicated workspace and Wifi are also available for added convenience.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped and centered around a large granite island, making it easy to prepare meals or gather for casual dining. A dining table provides space for shared meals.

This 2-story home offers five bedrooms and 4.5 baths:

Primary suite (main floor) - king bed, en suite bathroom
Second bedroom - queen bed, private bath
Third bedroom - two queen beds
Fourth bedroom (upstairs) - two full-size beds, en suite bath
Fifth bedroom - queen bed, private bath

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
