Welcome to our lovely home.This is a Spacious and comfortable three-bedroom one bathroom home in the Southside of Jacksonville.Perfect for anyone looking to enjoy some sunshine or simply for a relaxing escape. Home is 2,408 sq ft and is renovated in two separate multi units. Unit one is rented for long term tenants with their own entrance , unit 2 is just made for your stay,separate entrance as well.Tenants park on their front yard and guests park on their side of the house, there is more than enough parking for everyone. And parking is on the grass. When you open the backdoor you will see the backyard and a covered porch of our separate detached garage, There are no pets in the property.
