Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and peaceful golf course views, offering a restful place to unwind. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, well-suited for family or additional guests. Two bathrooms and bathroom essentials provide added convenience for your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with everything you need for cooking and dining. A dining table offers a comfortable space to enjoy meals together or plan the day ahead.

Location
Set within the quiet Quail Pointe II community of Sawgrass Country Club, the condo is positioned near the Beach Gate, providing convenient access to the shoreline while maintaining a sense of privacy. Please note that Sawgrass Country Club is a private members-only club, and club membership does not extend to guests.

Other things to note
Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent, and a government-issued ID is required. No pets are allowed. A Rental Agreement must be signed and returned after booking to complete your reservation.
