Mornings here begin slowly - sunlight catching the green of the golf course through the screened lanai, a ceiling fan turning overhead, the kind of quiet that makes it easy to stay a little longer over coffee. By afternoon, the community pool is calling. By evening, you're back on the lanai, watching the course settle into dusk. Sorry, No pets.
Living space The open-plan living area flows naturally between the kitchen, dining space, and lounge - no wasted corridors, just connected, easy living. Comfortable seating faces an HDTV, and the air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fan mean the temperature is always on your terms. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available for anyone who needs to stay connected without sacrificing the retreat feel.
Sleeping arrangements The condo sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed with golf course views, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bathrooms are well-appointed with bathroom essentials, and a washer and dryer are on hand for longer stays.
Kitchen & dining The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics. The dining table is a natural spot for breakfasts before a beach run or unhurried dinners after a day by the pool.
Outdoor living The screened lanai is the heart of the outdoor space - open to the golf course views with room to sit and breathe. A patio or balcony and backyard extend the setting further. The community outdoor pool is available all year and just a short walk away.
Neighborhood Set within Quail Pointe II inside Sawgrass Country Club, the location balances privacy with proximity. The nearby Beach Gate puts the shoreline within easy reach without the hassle of driving. Two free parking spaces on premises and a private entrance make every arrival seamless.
Other things to note Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent, and a government-issued ID is required. No pets are allowed. A Rental Agreement must be signed and returned after booking to complete your reservation. Please Note: -Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required. -No pets allowed on this property. -Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property. -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Overall this is a nice rental. It has a nice floor plan and the kitchen is updated and well stocked. There was plenty of cookware. The master bath was adequate and there were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable although there were not an extra set of sheets for the king bed and the comforters could use some refreshing. Itâs a short walk to the beach and is in a great location. We highly recommend Suncastle Properties. They are great to work with and are very accommodating and responsive to any needs we had.

This condo is convenient to golf, beach, and my parents own connected unit so especially for me. Weâve stayed here 5 times. Realty company is my issue. Asked for late check out, wouldnât accommodate without charge even though cleaners didnât come till 2. Blinds broken for years. Donât provide TP, trash bags, tissues, beach towels, bring everything you need. Would be nice to be recognized back as repeat customer.

The condo was clean for the most part except the refrigerator doors had food on them & the cooktop was not clean; of course, I cleaned both when we moved in. It would be VERY helpful if there was a grab bar in the Master bedroom bathroom shower to hold on to.Kim was most helpful and pleasant in our dealings & setting up a date for 2025. Matt is always pleasant and helpful also.

We very much enjoyed our stay at 530 QP as it was close to the beach and was a one floor plan. Perfect for us as we are elderly. Our main complaint is being bumped from being able to have the condo for March of 2024. Since we had it for the month of March the last 2 years we thought we had first choice. A real disappointment !!! We have been customers with Suncastles for the last 6 years and do not feel that we were fairly treated.

Loved this condo! Clean, well appointed and quiet! There are 2 office spaces so I was able to work during the day. The condo is a very short stroll to the beach. I will definitely be seeking out this property again!! I wish I owned it !!

BEWARE!!!! When I walked into the bedroom at 530 Quail Point 2, there was a big roach on the blinds looking right at me. I called suncastle and left a message. I went to the kitchen to look for some bug spray and when I opened the cabinet another roach was there. I found some bug spray and sprayed the roach but it ran away. Apparently bengal roach spray doesnât work. I called the suncastle number again but no one answered and no one called back. I turned the air down so it would be colder inside than out so the roaches would stay outside. I continued to call management to no avail. I woulcc so have left if I had the money but I am a single parent putting my child through college so money is tight right now. The place has a serious bug problem and suncastle management could care less. They avoided me like the plague. I sent videos of the roaches and no response. I called literally every hour. Finally Matt answered, by mistake I think, because he immediately said someone came in and he had to go. I continued talking telling him how bad my experience was and he excused it by saying sawgrass was built on a swamp. After threatening him with a bad review he softened up and said he would give me 50% reimbursement but he had to ask the owner first. Iâm pretty sure that was a lie. I was born and grew up in sawgrass and never experienced anything close to what I experienced at 530 quail point 2. The least that suncastle I couldâve done was offered me another place to stay or give me some kind of compensation. Or at the very least have the place sprayed. I am now at home having to take time off work because I got sick from having to keep the air so low and sleeping with the lights on, or not sleeping at all. (My son had a roach crawl on his bed on night at 3 am, so I had trouble getting back to sleep after that. I have rented a lot of places in Sawgrass and have never experienced anything like this. I would never trust Sandcastle Properties again.
