Step into the open concept kitchen, a chef's dream with modern appliances and sleek finishes, overlooking the spacious living and dining areas. This layout is ideal for entertaining guests or enjoying quiet family meals. The living space is bathed in natural light, featuring coastal details and a flat screen smart TV with cable for your entertainment needs. Sliding doors lead to a private covered balcony, where comfortable seating awaits! Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the serene views and gentle ocean breezes.

The master suite is a true Amelia Island retreat, offering breathtaking sunrise views that will make waking up a pleasure! This inviting space features a king bed and a flat screen Smart TV. An attached full bath features a walk in closet, a tiled walk-in shower, and quartz topped vanity with two sinks.

The additional bedrooms are equally inviting! Bedroom 2 offers a convenient queen murphy bed which is perfect for family or guests as well as a flat screen smart TV. This wonderful seaside 3 bedroom condominium is only a 5 minute walk from the gorgeous Amelia Island beach and only a 5 minute drive from Fernandina's eclectic downtown area. The main beach area offers several activities for children such as a miniature golf course, a large playground, volleyball courts, a concession stand, and a skate park. Sip on your frozen beverage of choice while relaxing on the beach at The Sandbar, a casual beach bar and restaurant, just a short walk from this unit or enjoy the live music at Salt Life right across the road. Extremely nice rental in a great location. It was very clean, had plenty of kitchen supplies and towels. The closet in the primary space is large enough to fit a pack n play. The host was very accommodating with an early check in due to poor circumstances with previous rental. Very short drive/walk to the beach. We will save this rental to book again

Perfect stay!

This condo was perfect for 2 family's (4 adults, 4 teenage kids) Thanksgiving vacation! The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the living room/kitchen area is huge! Well furnished and modern. Comfort of beds was average. Nice to have a storage area with beach chairs available for use. Beach is just a short walk and the proximity to downtown is great.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Condo

We stayed for a couple night getaway with our family and had a perfect stay in this beautiful condo. My kids were a little disappointed that hot tub we found out was a kid pool instead and not hot tub but that did not stop them from jumping in that cold water! lol. Thank you for having us. We would def love to come back again.
