Disappointed in how dirty the bathroom was. Found a pubic hair on a towel and the shower floor had obvious dirt indicating it had not been cleaned. We arrived late and this was a quick stop so we did not complain, but if we had stayed any longer we would have complained to staff. Breakfast was great as always at Hampton Inn. Bed was comfortable. Other than the bathroom issue, the room was clean and neat.

So there should be a patio or terrace that guests can congregate on instead of the front door @ 11pm. There was a lot of people at the front door and it smelled of smoke. They were really loud and it brings the property value down.

Hotel itself and the room were fine. Bed was comfortable and shower worked great. Very close to airport, and some nice eating options within walking distance. My only gripe is that the extended parking was very expensive. There were plenty of empty spaces; why not charge less and make more money, and then also provide a nice service for your guests who msy be traveling?

Room was not ready upon arrival and started check in. Front desk stated I reserved a hands-cap access room?? And that why it was not ready. Waited a short time for room. Only one phone number for the hotel. I was at the airport for an hour trying to call for the shuttle. I ended up calling the Hilton Garden Inn to call the shuttle to take me to the Hampton Inn. Nice breakfast and coffee/tea is available 24/7. Short walk to dining spots.
