The exterior was superb but then you stepped inside. Hallway carpet not cleaned & slight dingy smell. Sitting at desk watching TV and a roach runs across the top. I killed it. In the morning I find another roach hiding under a clean napkin left on the desk.

The walls are paper thin and the people next door to me had their tv blaring through the walls ALL NIGHT. I literally had to leave the bathroom light on with the fan running just to try and block out the tv. Still not enough, I downloaded a white noise app on phone to block out the tv coming from next door. I overheard other guests complaining about similar things when I was checking . Decent hotel otherwise. But for this reason, I’ll never stay here again
