This stunning oceanfront condominium is situated in Summer Beach on Amelia Island, adjacent to The Ritz Carlton. Recently renovated and exquisitely decorated, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit sleeps 8 and occupies the 5th floor of Building 2, South side. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom and flat screen TV and Xfinity Comcast with high speed internet, offering a King bed, 2 Queens, and a Twin daybed with trundle. Dine at one of Amelia's renowned restaurants or prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The balcony provides breathtaking views and outdoor seating, perfect for sunrise watching, morning coffee, meals, reading or dolphin spotting. Ocean Place features 2 oceanfront pools with private boardwalk access to the pristine beach. The Ritz amenities include a world-class spa, fine dining, exclusive shopping and exceptional golf facilities.

Amazing Condo!

This condo is as nice as advertised and cleaner than most that we've stayed at. We had my wife and I, my in-laws, and my sister-in-law. We had plenty of room for everyone and we each had Privacy. The outdoor space was amazing and roomy. Will definitely rent this condo again!

The Most Fantastic Vacation!

Wow, we absolutely loved this condo. Upon arrival it was very clean. And the views cannot be beat. Even in the kitchen, there is a cute table with spectacular views. They are everywhere - the family room, the master, and of course the balcony. The master was especially comfortable. Loved the furniture and the bed was so comfy. We slept great and woke up to the incredible ocean view. Loved that there were beach chairs ready for us to use and 6 hooks just inside the door. So helpful! Also loved the flooring throughout. The furniture in the main sitting area was very comfortable. All around our stay was amazing. We would definitely return. And the rental company was fantastic.

Great location, nice unit but not clean

We very much enjoyed our stay but it started poorly. The unit had not been cleaned, specifically the floors, cabinet tops, bathtub, showers and windows. In addition, some of the coffee cups need to be replaced. I don't want to give this review because the condo, reservation and check-in process was great.

Ahhhh...

I can't imagine a better place to spend our first vacation post pandemic! The view is gorgeous and the larger balcony was a huge plus. The condo decor is so tasteful and beachy, it didn't take us long to settle right in to relaxation mode. We definitely want a do over!

Beautiful Condo by the Ritz

My husband and my 18 year old went with me to Amelia for 3 days. Very clean and wonderful location. Went next door to the Ritz (there is a path) had meals and sat around the fire pits at night. Larger space for much less than the Ritz but able to use the amenities. Condo had great balcony and view. Only cons are did not have a blow dryer, could have used a couple more blankets and the main area TV was small and grainy. Master TV was awesome and would have worked better in the family room.

Great family time !

Nothing better than drinking coffee watching the sunrise. Condo was excellent very short walk to beach everything very clean comfy beds and every appliance in the kitchen. Would definitely hope we can come again.
