Professionally managed by Casago First Coast. Step onto your oceanfront balcony and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, then walk one minute to the beach via the private complex walkover. This second-floor condo at Amelia South sits directly on the ocean with a shared pool that goes 8 feet deep, elevator access, and a full kitchen for home cooking. The second bedroom has two double beds, making it a natural fit for families or groups who need the extra sleeping space. Fernandina Beach is nearby.

The Space

This second-floor oceanfront condo is in the Amelia South complex on Fernandina Beach. The Atlantic is right outside the balcony. The beach is a one-minute walk via the private complex walkover. Additional public beaches stretch north and south along the coast.

The shared pool goes 8 feet deep, with ample loungers and poolside furniture. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two double beds. A sleep sofa in the living area adds extra capacity. Two full bathrooms included.

The full kitchen is equipped for home cooking. High speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, and central air conditioning are all included. Elevator access to the second floor. Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach is a short drive. Fort Clinch State Park and golf courses are nearby.

Relaxing beach stay

Our family felt right at home in this nicely updated beachfront condo! It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5, and we enjoyed the extras provided, such as the sand toys and beach chairs! The space was clean and comfy! We will definitely be back!

Great area and condo for the perfect relaxing getaway

First time on Amelia Island and enjoyed the beaches, friendly people, history, and things to see/do. Booking through VRBO was easy and the property manager was quick to answer our questions. This very clean and well-supplied corner condo has the best views in the complex - perfect for relaxing when we weren't exploring the beach. So glad we made the trip!!

Beautiful corner updated condo on second floor with excellent views of beach. Great pool and short walk to beach. Close to restaurants. Very quiet in October. We loved this condo and would definitely return.

Great location with amazing ocean views. All amenities were wonderful and there was a pool too! Would be nice to have cable TV, but not a necessity. We have already recommended this to a colleague and would definitely come here again!
