The only thing this property has going for it 
 it’s a block from the beach. Wish I had taken photos. I didn’t know that was a thing. Do not recommend. Pictures on site are not true to what is there. The refrigerator had bungee cords to hold items in bottom racks. No lamps, no clocks, blinds had broken wands . Dirty coffee pot, dishes and dirty ice maker. I don’t know how in the world this place ever got a 10. Worst of all.. I had to go and purchase a new shower liner, because the one in the shower was molded. The only good thing I can say is
 at least there were no roaches. Whoever cleans this place is terrible. There were more things but there isn’t enough room. Owner needs to repaint especially the ceiling, it’s stained from water damage or something upstairs.Maybe replace door frame where some animal, possible dog ripped up the wood but it was just painted over.

Our stay was okay, not great. The place was not clean. Where do i start, there were mold on the shower curtains, not the same curtains as pictured in the ad, there were hair still on the pillows from previous renters, there were roaches in the kitchen, the couch was not the same as pictured in the ad, the cushions on the couch was hard to sit on because the springs was poking. Renters above us was loud and you can hear every footsteps they take. Will look else where next time we are in Jacksonville Beach, FL.

Great Location but run down

Love the location, but the unit was totally run down. The place needed painting, the shower curtain was gross, and the couch should be thrown away. It had a spring sticking out one part and collapsed in the middle. Definitely would not stay there again.

Close to beach but very basic

The place was clean but had a few issues. We had a hard time with electronic lock. It didn’t line up correctly so everything we left we had trouble getting back in. The bathroom door had no screws in bottom hinge and door had to be lifted to close properly. There was no place for you to put bathroom items could use vanity with drawers. The shower was ok. The bedroom we had no dresser to put your clothes or any table so everything was on floor. The bed itself was extremely low and my husband’s side broke during the night. There were only 4 towels 4 hand towels and 4 wash clothes. There were 4 of us.. all adults so you better hope you only need one towel for your body per person. The counter ice maker was not working very well. There wasn’t enough room for all of us to sit in living room area. The kitchen was clean along with bathroom. I was surprised there were no tvs in bedrooms. We only stayed 1 night so it worked. The owner did let us check in early. Overall it was good for one night but wasn’t a lot of room for 4 adults.The owner was nice to communicate with us.

Excellent spot

Location is perfect! Loved that it was so close to the beach! Checking in was a little confusing but the owner was readily available with help. The space was perfect for my family of 4. One downside-which I know is out of the owner’s control were the guests from upstairs. You could here them walking loudly, again, not the owner’s fault but it did disrupt our sleep. Other than those two things, we had a lovely time and look forward to returning.

Ok, very simple. Door lock needs attention. You have to push the door just right, not too much and not too little for the lock to work. Difficult if your hands are full!

Florida stay

Jacksonville Beach is beautiful. We went for a walk every day. We were so close to everything, many, many restaurants. We very much enjoyed, I recommend it.

Nice 2 bedroom condo. Big kitchen. Patio in back with night lights. Handy washer/dryer combo. Close walk to beach and nightlife or breakfast. Marguartaville is right on corner near condo.

Solid value, great location

Stayed at Theo's property for 4 days for a work/play trip. It had everything we needed. Being on a cross streets was great too - 2 blocks from the ocean, but we didn't get much traffic since most of the cars use the north/south roads. Would stay there again for sure.

Not comfortable, at least needs one chair with a back on it. If someone wants to lay on the couch, there is no where else for anyone to sit. Also couch was on bricks. No sharp knives in kitchen and what kitchen does not have a toaster? Beds were too soft for me but that’s just my preference.
