Relax and Enjoy our Oceanfront Town House Condo in Beautiful Amelia Island!
Our Condo located 1/2 mile north of the Ritz Carlton is surrounded by
Peters Point Park, Summer Beach Golf Course and minutes away from Old Town
Fernandina Beach.
Our non-smoking oceanfront condo has beautiful views of the
ocean and ocean front patios on two floors. The unit is steps away
from the beach and backs up to a swimming pool, it has all the
amenities needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

* The first floor features, modern kitchen, dining room, living
room and oceanfront deck
* Second floor features ocean front master bedroom with King bed, deck, private bath. In additions there is a 2nd bedroom overlooking the pool and golf course that as 1 Queen and a child size alcove Daybed which overlooks pool and golf course and shares a hall bath
* Third floor features an oversized bedroom with 1 Queen and a 2 Twin trundle Bed. This floor has stunning views of the ocean!

Not only was this a convenient stay for our large family group who was looking to enjoy the beach and bike trails but the hosts were amazing. My mother left her AirPods in the sheets and they found them and shipped them to us. So kind, honest and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here!

We had a lovely time in this well-appointed and cozy townhome. A family member used to have a townhome at Sandpiper, so it was very familiar. It was clean and had lots of little extras such as plenty of bath products. It was a great way to celebrate Thanksgiving!

Location, location,location

The location was beautiful with two decks that were in constant use by my family. This is a three story condo with lots of narrow steps and no elevator. We just didn’t realize the amount of stairs. The master was nice and clean with a fresh coat of paint. The public rooms were not as clean as they should have been. It could use a fresh coat of paint as well as a good scrub.

Great location for family vacation

This was a great location and setup for 4 adults and 2 young children. Access to the beach is very convenient and size of house and furnishing worked well. Fernandina Beach has great restaurants that accommodated the children. Went fishing and took our catch to the Salty Pelican who cooked it for us and served with fixings for fish tacos. The kids particularly enjoyed Fort Clinched and finding sharks teeth on the beach there. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful Stay, Easy Beach Access

The property offered perfect easy beach access and is a short walk just across the street from the beach. There were tons if towels and beach and pool toys, and we felt like we had everything we needed. Terrie was responsive and the process went smoothly. We would definitely rent this place again!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time in Amelia Island. The condo was perfect for our family and it was nice for everyone to have their own space. The two porches are delightful and the upper level one has great views of the dunes and beach. The condo was very clean and was well equipped for almost a weeks stay. Host was very easy to work with.
