Welcome to 26 Tifton Way, a luxurious newly renovated two bedroom, two bath golf course villa at Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach.
26 Tifton is newly offered to the market and is conveniently located steps to the Tifton Cove community pool and lounge area. 26 Tifton is a short distance to Ponte Vedra Beach, approximately .7 miles from the front door. Mickler’s Public Beach is 2.9 miles to the south and offers parking, showers and restrooms.

Soak up the Ponte Vedra lifestyle while shopping in Sawgrass Village, Neptune Beach and St. Augustine. Spend the day golfing at TPC Sawgrass, playing pickleball at The Yards or enjoy a luxurious spa treatment at The Spa at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. There is no end to the activities offered in PVB. Kayak down the Guana River in search of manatees or make a night of it and view the phosphorescent fish. Did you arrive in a four-wheel-drive vehicle? You can easily pack a picnic from McFlamingo's or Fresh Market and drive down to Vilano Beach to park out on the sand. Vilano Beach is amazing for dolphin watching. This gorgeous 2nd floor condo has vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, tons of natural light and large comfortable bedrooms. This property can be rented weekly.
It has 2 1/2 bedrooms 2 baths. 1 king in the primary and a queen bed in the guest room. Both the primary and guest baths have a walk in shower. The office/den offers a sumptuous trundle bed providing comfort for even the most discerning guest. The dining room comfortably seats 6. The living room and primary suite offer large screen TVs with streaming and internet services. The unit includes a full size washer & dryer.

Enjoy a drink or a meal on the extra large deck overlooking the golf course. Tifton Way has ample parking for renters and guests. Close proximity to Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach dining, nightlife, Historic St Augustine (30 min drive down scenic A1A), Jacksonville International Airport (45 minutes).

Overall this was a great unit - keep in mind it is on the second floor so you have to navigate two flights of steps to enter the unit as well as there being 2 steps down to access either of the two bed rooms. There could have been a few more kitchen essentials, e.g. microwave safe containers, tongs, etc. On the few occasions we did cook I always felt I was reaching for something that wasn't there. Also, not a knock on the physical space more be aware of the house rules - there is a detailed manual indicating "extra" fees to be charge - if you used too many towels, if the unit including the refrigerator, oven, stove, dishes left in the dishwasher, furniture moved etc., basically you need to leave the unit in the same exact condition in which you found it otherwise there was a chance of the fee being assessed surprising since they charge a cleaning fee

Fantastic Stay - Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

We had a wonderful experience at this VRBO rental! The property was extremely clean and well-maintained, with a really nice layout and amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The host was incredibly communicative, flexible, and accommodating – always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our visit.Check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions, and we appreciated how easily accessible the property was. The location was perfect for our needs, with great proximity to the Mayo Clinic and other local conveniences.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Wow, I highly recommend this condo. I am a patient at Mayo Clinic and come down every 6 months for a checkup. My wife and I love the Ponte Vedra area and were thrilled to find this place. Quiet and extremely safe tucked away in a gated golf community.The host was great, got back to me in a timely manner and was extremely helpful. Great Place in Sawgrass

Our stay was great! The house was nicely decorated, and very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable. We had one issue with a chirping alarm and the hosts was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our vacation truly seamless. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sawgrass.

Perfect alternative to the wedding location hotel

In town for a wedding. Great alternative to the more expensive hotel. Lovely, much appreciated welcome basket. Easy access to beech, groceries, restaurants, other shopping. Clean. Well-appointed. Comfortable. Peaceful.
