This entire condo is located directly on the beach in Ponte Vedra Beach, offering uninterrupted ocean views and a layout designed for comfort during longer visits. The open living and dining area is filled with natural light from large windows that frame the coastline. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable atmosphere year-round, while Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or streaming in the evenings. A TV with cable provides relaxed entertainment after time outdoors.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 baths. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom includes two full-size beds and balcony access with beach views. Both bedrooms are arranged for comfort, with essentials and bed linens provided to make settling in easy.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers space where guests can cook their own meals, with full-size appliances and a dining table nearby for shared meals or spreading out with plans for the week.
