I was extremely disappointed. They had locals coming in and out of the pool area. Multiple people would come in from the beach and jump in the the pool with their surf boards and not showering. The pool area was full of trash and not well taken care of. Our rooms were hot and poorly maintained. They put us in one room that had no view and no balcony, then when they moved us the room was even dirtier and barely had a balcony. We couldn’t sit out there or even be out there all as a family. Not to mention the noise, there was no sleep!!! Which if you’re traveling with two kids, sleep is treasured. At 2am there was a lady running the halls yelling “I got the Hennessy!!!!!”. I was just disappointed because we spent over $500 for a nice family time and all I left with was tired and grumpy mom!

Overall Good stay!

Oberall it was a pleasurable stay. Valet team was amazing...Breakfast was great and the beds were clean along with showers but the sofa in the suite was stained and dirty so we didnt sit on these.It is around a lot of bars but as long as you're in the upper floors its not a bother.

Family stayover

We were not aware of the valet parking that was mandatory prior to the stay. The attendants were very polite and helpful. The room itself had good views but turned out to be quite noisy till very late. The room was also in need of some repair, i.e. the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, the door to the mini fridge did not open easily, neither did the door to the balcony. The pillow was very thin, and the bed was not terribly comfortable. It was convenient to have the couch as a trundle, but if you have two children someone is going to get stepped on getting off the couch. The floor felt like there was already sand on it when we got int he room. When we had to move the couch over a little bit there was tons of debris underneath. We did not use the pool, but the morning buffet was good. The cleaning staff was nice and gave us fresh towels when we needed them. The barn door for the bathroom is not at all practical, because the light wakes everyone up if someone goes in the middle of the night and you hear everything through it. not as much privacy as you would want. Over all if it was just my boyfriend an I, we would pick this hotel and room again, but difficult with teenagers. Location was great and accessible to a lot of things.

Great hote

Great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel was right on the beach and convenient to the pier. Valet parking was a nice option with a free lot across the street. Breakfast was ok. It was nice having a Starbucks attached to the hotel. While we didn't get to try the Sandbox Restaurant it seemed popular. V pizza was a hit and just across the street. There was a lot of night life just outside the hotel. It didn't affect us but there could be a fair amount of street noise. It was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Well worth the money.

Everything was wonderful, except the continental breakfast was a little sub par. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Plus you get to just walk out to the beach! I would definitely stay again.
