Easily allowing up to four guests, this property is the perfect location for a family vacation, weekend trip among friends, or a romantic seaside getaway. This unit is carefully and tastefully decorated with natural wood, neutral tones with vibrant pops of color, and beach decor. Enjoy spending quality time socializing and entertaining in the open concept living area with it's breathtaking ocean views.  You will appreciate the fully equipped and well stocked kitchen, carefully appointed dining area, and spacious living room with ample seating for all. With direct access from the living room, guests can enjoy gentle sea breezes and incredible ocean views from the fully furnished balcony.

Down the hall are two large, brightly decorated bedrooms, each featuring a queen size bed, updated television, and luxury linens. The master bedroom additionally includes a fully updated en-suite bathroom with a spacious stand-up shower.

This property includes access to the condominium pool, as well as direct beach access 30 steps from the elevator. Sur la Plage is perfectly situated on the island, only minutes from Historic Downtown Fernandina, Fort Clinch State Park, and a number of fantastic shops, restaurants, and local activities. Whether you choose from these options or simply relax on the beach, you are sure to create lasting vacation memories.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.

This property includes only one parking space for guest use. Please ask our reservation staff about additional parking.

We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.

Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.

All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.

There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.
