The beach is your backyard! Located on South Fletcher, our home is a favorite among guests, leading to many repeat bookings. This duplex is perfect for family vacations. We have recently completed a thorough refresh with new flooring, paint, furniture, housewares, linens, towels, and mattresses. Our home is now better than ever!

There are TVs throughout and balconies with beautiful views! The first level on each side offers a bedroom and bath, a spacious great room, a dining area, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The great room includes comfy couches and a large HDTV. Step outside to oceanfront decks and patios. Set up your laptop and enjoy the free high-speed Wi-Fi. The big kitchens are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances. There are standard and Keurig coffee makers. Harris Teeter, Winn Dixie, and Walmart are nearby to get everything you need for delicious family meals. Upstairs, there are sunny main suites on each side. The main baths boast large walk-in showers and separate powder areas. The second floors also include private bedrooms that have two twin beds and private baths. Spacious, convenient, and beautifully appointed, located in a private oceanfront setting. There are two parking spaces on each side of the duplex. Oversize vehicles will not fit.

Located centrally just to the north are Sliders and Dairy Queen. Travel a bit further north and you'll be on Main Beach. Make a left and visit Ft Clinch State Park. This Civil War-era fort is full of history in a beautiful state park. There are many top-rated restaurants, shops, mini-golf, movies, kayak rentals, horseback riding, river cruises, music, ice cream, and bike trails. We are happy to provide recommendations. Come and explore one of Florida's best island towns!

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. The renter must be 30+ years of age. We can accommodate mixed-age groups such as families. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival, provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will see communication coming through this system.

Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages not covered by or in excess of the policy.
There is a $500 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 10 days after you depart.

One dog is allowed, there is a non-refundable fee, and guests must sign a pet addendum to the lease. We occasionally allow two small to medium dogs. Please inquire before booking.

We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please provide an email address that you can regularly check and access. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

There are four parking spaces, with room for a tiny car or motorcycle. No oversize vehicles, boats, trailers etc. They won't fit.
