If you're looking for relaxation, peace and quiet with easy access to everything you might need, you've found the place. Designed for the ultimate chill if you love being near the ocean. Balcony is also covered providing a cooling shade midday onward.

Amelia Island and the quaint, historic downtown of Fernandina Beach, is easy-going. Plenty of restaurants and shopping downtown and elsewhere both on and off the island. Nearby Ft. Clinch is great for hike/bike/walk/drive and where you can see Florida's natural beauty.

- Thank you for sharing Turtle Haven with us for the week! We celebrated our 39th anniversary. Absolutely loved everything. Such a pleasure to walk out the door to the ocean. We rented bikes and rode Egans parkway to Ft Clinch. Visited several places in the historic district. Espana, AIBC Brewing, Sandbar were fantastic! Already planning our return trip!

The balcony and it's beautiful view, as well as the ease of getting to the water were our favorite parts, but I have to say I've never stayed in such a well-kept and clean rental. Thank you for that!! The boat tour to Cumberland is a must. We saw so many dolphins and wild horses!

-Three "50ish" friends trip was a blast. It's a beautiful location and we loved the convenience of parking (although a little tedious at times) and the short walk to the beach. We're dog lovers, so we loved seeing all the dogs on the beach. The condo is great with all the amenities needed. This was our first time on Amelia Island and we were not disappointed. We want to bring our husbands next time!!

Picked up fresh fish and shrimp from Atlantic Seafood. Loved the little downtown. Best brussels sprouts anywhere at Amelia Tavern! Biking is amazing, great parks and playgrounds. Hope to be back soon!

- I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at Turtle Haven. The condo was wonderful, the view amazing, and the location was close to everything. We kept all our beach stuff in the car, so it was super easy to get it and be on the beach in seconds. The beach is pristine and not crowded at all. We love that it is dog-friendly and enjoyed watching other peoples dogs, (having no desire to bring our own to the beach). We had wonderful meals at the Salty Pelican and the Sand Bar. We drove to Jacksonville to visit some breweries, (Intuition and Aardwolf) which were both very good! We also did a tasting at the Marlin & Barrel distillery on the island and brought home some of their bourbon and vodka. We enjoyed walking around the downtown Fernandina Beach area with all the cute shops and historic homes. We went to Fort Clinch as well. It is such a beautiful park and the Fort is absolutely amazing. We were awestruck at the workmanship of each building and all the historic furnishings and artifacts inside them.
We are already talking about coming back next year! Thank you for your lovely place and all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.
