Great check-in, lovely room--clean and spacious. Wish we had known of limited hot water in the shower; I took a very fast shower on a very cold night.
Breakfast was great, check-out was uneventful.
There is a lot wrong with the stay we just had. 1 st the cover on the bed was ratty with loose strings and the bed was terrible. 2 nd was when I went to use the pool the room was cold even though the thermometer said it was 80 degrees and the water was cold. 3 rd was when we both took a shower there was no hot water even when it was turned all the way up . 4 th was that the tv wouldn't go any louder then 30. Boy when you try to get away from the rat race just for a weekend.
the staff was very attentive and made good on an issue with the room with no hesitation. Safety wise was not good with all the ice in the back lot. The front was maintained but the back was not safely accessible. I would otherwise recommend the hotel and plan on staying again as we come to the area monthly.
Very happy with the stay at the hotel. Our room was great. Very clean, smelled great and we liked the decor. Rachel at the front desk (when we checked in) was polite and very helpful. Kudos to her for her positive attitude.
We always get good service at Hampton Inn& Suites. The only negative issue I experience was there was no hot water on the morning of our departure. Other than that everything was good.
Staff is excellent with exception of maintenance and housekeeping. Stayed 5 days - no house keeping any say came in despite taking tag off the door by 10/11am. The room 404 bathroom needs fixed the light and fan are being held up by a bunch of paper towels- I told the front desk a few times but no one came to fix it.
