The expansive lanai, complete with plush seating, allows you to fully embrace indoor-outdoor living from sunrise to sunset. Keep the doors open to enjoy the fresh Hawaiian breeze or use the central air conditioning for a cool, comfortable retreat.



The state-of-the-art kitchen, designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, features top-of-the-line Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. A large granite island with barstool seating is perfect for casual dining, while the dining table comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The open living area boasts a modular sofa that can be arranged to sleep two additional guests, along with a 55-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix for endless entertainment options.



The master suite opens onto the lanai and includes a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, a large separate shower, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has its own full bathroom and offers two Twin XL beds that can be converted into a king upon request. All bedrooms feature brand-new Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, luxurious linens, plush pillows, and cozy down comforters to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A Bosch washer and dryer are included in the unit for added convenience.

As a guest, you’ll have access to the resort’s 24/7 front desk staff, but I am always available if you need assistance. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in and will be sent via email for review and signature. A car is recommended for exploring the island, but the resort shuttle is available within the gated community.

This villa comes with two parking stalls allocated to the property. If you require extra parking stalls, it will be subject to the Resort`s discretion and availability. Extra parking will incur an additional fee, which is directly charged by the Resort. Presently, the rate for extra parking is $25 per reservation.



CANCELLATION POLICY



1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.

2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.

3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.

4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.
