- About the Ko Olina Resort -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

- Why Choose the Beach Villas? -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa is located on the 6th floor of the Ocean Tower, offering breathtaking views of the Ocean Tower pool, as well as panoramic views of the ocean, coastline, and lush resort grounds from the lanai.
- Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, private bath with a deep tub, double sinks, and a separate walk-in shower. The bedroom also includes a private lanai with views of the ocean and surrounding landscape.
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed with bathroom in the hall
- Third bedroom: Two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request, with its own private full bath.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with the option to sleep an additional 2 guests on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. (Maximum occupancy does not include children under 2 years old.)

- Sofa bed in the living room
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.

Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:

**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Please be aware that vacant hotel sites on either side of the property may undergo development in the future. Beautiful resort and well maintained condo. The lagoon was perfect for the children to swim and snorkel during the day. I personally enjoyed the quiet pool and lane swim every morning. Would definetly come back!

Easy access to the beach and we loved that our villa overlooked the quiet pool! Very relaxing. Short walk to great restaurants as well. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. I actually rented two units. My family and I came here for my wedding and honeymoon. I loved how peaceful it was. Beautiful amazing views and it was not as crowded as The Marriott and Disney Resort. This place was more of a Luxury condo. I’d definitely recommend it

Family in Hawaii

Great place to stay for a family of 6 people. There was lots of room and the place was very comfortable. It was nice to relays at the property and also a great home base to drive around the island for other activities.

Great Stay

Location was great for us. Kids had the beach and pool to play in. There are even a few restaurants close so you do not have to travel far to go out to eat. We loved having a kitchen with everything we needed so the mornings were laid back. Will stay again.

A lovely condo. My only complaint was the carpet needs replaced in the bedrooms and area rug needs shampooed. A really beautiful place to stay. Monica was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

5 stars. Great property with all the amenities and prime location for our vacation. Our kids (age 5 & 3) loved feeding the fish in the koi pond and the easy access to the beach. Condo was well maintained and and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay, including beach towels and a wagon to tow the kids around.

AMAZING STAY!

This property was fantastic. The condo itself was great ... the layout was perfect, with everyone feeling like they had their own "space." We loved opening up the wall of sliding doors and sitting out on the balcony. The pools were so nice, and the lagoon's calm waters and soft sand were perfect for when we didn't want to drive to a beach. The market down the street (as well as the one at the Marriott next door) was convenient for grabbing lunch and snacks, and Costco and grocery stores weren't a far drive, either. Was very hard to leave. Such a great stay!!! Highly recommend!

This property as well as staff management are truly amazing. The condo is fully equipped - from the kitchen to the beach gear. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, hair dryers, beach towels, full kitchen - all available. And if you do not have something you can reach out to the amazing professional staff - Michael, Ashlee and Angelica are always happy to assist (day or night). The lagoon is heaven, the pools are wonderful, the area is private yet close to all amenities. If you are considering staying in Ko olina this place is the perfect choice - our family from Canada and Australia came together here to spend the most memorable and comfortable holiday.

Beautiful home with perfect amenities!

This condo was perfect for our family of 7! The lanai was amazing,we kept the doors open ! Beautiful relaxing view. We all had room to spread out yet feel together. We cooked a few nights and made most lunches and breakfasts. The kitchen was fully equipped. We used the gym,both pools and the hot tubs daily. Getting to the beach was so easy and not crowded at all. We could walk to neighboring properties (Marriott and A'ulani) for dinner and dole whips and go back to our own quiet beach! Also walking distance to ice cream, shops/grocery store and other restaurants like Monkeypod. We had a rental car and parking was easy. I loved the overall location. It wasnt in a congested area but still felt close to everything! I wish we could've stayed here a month! Maybe next time:) highly recommend!

The property itself boasts a quiet lagoon in front and two separate in ground swimming pools ~ one for playing and splashing and another for quiet sunbathing, lap swimming, exercise walking. The koi pond is beautiful and watching the twice daily feedings from our deck was a bonus. There is a hot tub, an evening bar and the whole property is built for enjoyment of whatever kind you fancy - party or quiet serenity. The balcony/patio from our sixth floor condo had a wonderful ocean sunset view. I am so happy we got the sixth floor of our wing because any lower floor would not have provided the beautiful views. The fully opening sliding doors (meaning the disappear into the walls) allow for a smooth flow between kitchen/living room into the balcony/deck area, where we spent the majority of our time when “at home”. The peace is so prevalent that birds landed in our balcony and “chatted” or sang to us! The primary bath has a wonderful, deep, long bathtub and the pleasure of a long hot bath was incomparable especially coming from California and the drought constraints. Having three rooms and three baths was perfect for our family configuration, giving each of us privacy when desired, yet the common areas were spacious enough to accommodate us when we gathered. The kitchen was fully outfitted so that we lacked nothing except for food and drinks. Everything was easy access and full sized - no apartment-size small refrigerator or microwave. Each bedroom had its own Tv, though there was so much natural beauty and things to do we didn’t watch much. We especially appreciated the serenity that Ko’Olina and Beach Villas provided away from the “madding crowds” of downtown Honolulu and Waikiki. We walked to the 4 Seasons resort for dinner one evening and were picked up by a tour bus in front of our Villa for a snorkeling trip. It was a wonderful, if too short, vacation in fabulous accommodations. I highly recommend. If I could give it 10 stars that’s still too few!

Loved it..

Perfect for our family to enjoy each other and for our teens to have their own space. Everything we needed was available, the deck is amazing and we will definitely be back.

Wow what a Beautiful location

Upon arrival was greeted by property owner who kindly showed us around to get familiar with property. He also went out of his way and took our luggage up and groceries up to condo. Everyone there was so friendly and very on top of Covid protocol. You can’t ask for a more beautiful location to experience what Hawaii has to offer. Would highly recommend *****

Great for families and perfect for repeat visitors

This is our second visit to the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. Both times were in a 3-bedroom unit in the Ocean Tower. There are reasons we came back. We love the location and the amenities of the property. This condo has a view of the lap pool, resort, and partial views of the lagoons. The reflection of the sunset cover the skies and are visible from the balcony which makes a nice soothing break before you head out for dinner. The unit was clean upon check in. No issue with cleanliness of the rooms or the dishes/kitchen. Everything also worked appropriately and our calls to property management was minimal. The only hiccups we had was at check in when our arrival overlapped with another family. We weren’t completely bothered by it since this was our second visit and so we knew how the appliances worked and rules of the property. We just wished we had help bringing our luggage to the unit. During our stay we only contacted the manager because of one issue with the washing machine. This was resolved quickly and didn’t pose as a huge inconvenience. We were glad that the manager and maintenance staff were available, responsive, and courteous. Another pluses were the more than adequate kitchen supplies given, the welcome basket, generous supply of antibacterial liquid hand soaps for each bathroom, cleaning soaps for dishes and clothes. The couch is showing age as another guest noted in their review. We also missed out on dining on the balcony since there wasn’t a dining table. There is a small round side table which is sufficient for dining up to two people. Since we were a family, we needed more space. This is a wonderful unit and the owner and manager were easy to communicate with. We felt secured renting from them and this property is a great home away from home. We love Beach Villas so much that we would stay here again for our third visit in a few years. If this condo is in your favorite list, book it before someone else does!
