The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

- Why Choose the Beach Villas? -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
This 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa offers the perfect setting for large families or groups traveling together. At 1,500 square feet, this spacious unit includes:
- Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed and private bath with views of the ocean.
- Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with an adjacent bath.
- Third Bedroom: Twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request, and a private bath.

Additional amenities include:
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom

Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:
- Two swimming pools and three spas
- BBQ grills around the pools
- Fitness center with separate men’s and women’s showers, steam rooms, and lockers
- 24/7 front desk and on-site security
- On-site parking
**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

- Nearby Attractions -
During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Nice place for a family, TVs were an issue

Nice unit, friendly staff, relaxing pool. Very large for a family of four. Relaxing resort area. Not many restaurants or destinations to walk to - need a rental car.Two of the televisions including the living room TV didn't allow access to Apps (older versions). There was supposed to be a TV binder to explain the different televisions but the property management team couldn't locate it.

We loved our stay regardless of a couple hiccups. Our Wi-Fi/internet wasn’t working til the next afternoon after checking in and the floors didn’t seem very clean, but the greeter let us in the unit while the housekeeping was cleaning. I think the housekeeper didn’t want to bother us so she hurriedly cleaned up. Also, the washer/dryer was fairly small, but did the job as we did several loads of wash. The nice thing about this place is the koi pond where they let people feed the koi twice daily so our 21 month old grandson loved it. They also had an Easter egg hunt for the kids since we were there on Easter Sunday.

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved staying at the Beach Villa condos in Ko ‘Olina, Oahu! The property was amazing and the condo was perfect for our family and so clean. We were able to order groceries through instacart and have them delivered and put away by the condo staff. Such an amazing service. We would highly recommend the Beach Villa condo with their private lagoon and multiple beautiful pools to anyone traveling to Oahu!

Amazing

Family ultimate vacation to Ko Olina. We have four boys 17, 15, 13 and 8. They found everything and more they could ever want in this property. Running trials, golf, amazing pool and lagoon snorkeling. The pool at this resort is great for kids of all ages. Close proximity to shopping. InstaCart delivery on day one might be the most genius vacation hack ever. We walked in and within 20 minutes kids were fed and in pool. After a 9 hr flight the last thing we wanted to do was ship. We can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

Kale Mohina is a beautiful property with a sense of community. My granddaughter, a friend, and I stayed in the Ocean Tower, fifth floor, with a view of the Quiet Pool, koi ponds, and the ocean. The place was meticulously clean and serviced by very friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the bartenders. We drove to a waterfall hike one day and to the grocery store another, but Island Country Store was our favorite. Otherwise, we just soaked up the sun, the laughter, and the water in the property's own lagoon.

Outstanding property with all the amenities you could want. Very clean, plenty of room, lagoon is amazing - less busy than the Disney & Four Seasons lagoon as well as walking distance to restaurants at both Disney and Four Seasons as well as Marriott. Good and drinks are pricey but it’s Oahu and it’s an amazing location. Cooking in the room and grills was super easy and efficient - highly recommend using InstaCart from Costco or Safeway as well as Island Markets is short walk away. Awesome place - must stay. Don’t overthink it

These beach villas have been our go to spot for years! If you are thinking about booking this place and have any reservations - don’t - just do it! It’s an awesome location, the condo has everything you can possibly need and the responsiveness of the team is great.

Peaceful and fun for all

We travel a lot and this villa is at the top of our list. The whole property has breathtaking views and is very clean. There were plenty of beach toys to utilize in the lagoon. The walking path was perfect for those sunset walks and great for photo opportunities. Our family will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

My family and I had a great time at the villas. Michael (property manager) was very nice and was able to accommodate us with an earlier check in. He brought all of our luggages to our villa which was very kind! Also, anytime we needed help with something he was very quick to respond. We also liked that we were able to use instacart many times during our stay, which was very convenient for us. My family and I look forward to staying at the beach villas again!

Best location and resort

We’ll definitely be back one day! Loved the area, resort and whole experience. They had everything we needed from beach towels to kids life vests to extra strollers and high chair! Such a family friendly resort and stay. 6 adults and a 1 1/2 year old stayed in the 3 bd and it was the most perfect size. The parking spots are VERY small but still manageable with our rental mini van, but honestly that was the only complaint the whole trip so I call it a win win!

Amazing views and villas

This was by far the BEST vacation my Family and I had since the pandemic. We were all there to celebrate my 40th birthday. We absolutely loved the cleanliness of the entire property, the friendly staff.Michelle at the tiki bar was awesome, and the security of using key cards to get in was a blessing. We felt safe and at home! Loved it! We will be back!

All went well of the exception of dryer takes 3 hrs to dry 2 towels, and stove top takes forever to boil water or get hot for cooking purpose. When checked in we were given only 3 key cards when checked out they asked for 4, which we never received 4th, and was told that we are going to be charged $10. Please make sure when checking in you check your enevelope for all 4 keys .

We had a lovely stay filled with aloha!

This is one of the best stays we've had in Hawaii and we've visited over 10 times! This condo and its amenities were amazing. We were close to the beach, pool, Eggs N Things (make sure you try it) and easy to access any part of the island. We stayed on the go this trip but the condo was the perfect place to come back to every day. We enjoyed morning walks along the lagoons and lazy lounging on the grass in front of the beach. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can. I HIGHLY recommend.

Pleasant Stay

Perfect place to stay if you are traveling with a large family. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean to include the living room and kitchen. The property Manager had everything you needed for outdoor activities from boogie boards, snorkels, small cooler and a wagon which we used daily. I would get a rental car because not everything is within walking distance, ie Wal mart or Grocery store. These places were not far at all but definitely not walking distance. The entire staff are wonderful very courteous! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful but disappointed.

We had trouble with tv’s. The one in master bedroom we couldn’t get to change channels. The one in living room keep having trouble too. I talked with property manager he was suppose to come by and never did. It was a beautiful place but probably would stay somewhere else next time.

Perfect family villa

The Beach Villas was the perfect location for a family trip to Hawaii. We have four kids ages 10-1. The property was perfect for swimming and relaxing at the pool and then heading up for lunch and a nap for the little kids. The condo had everything you could think of including a high chair, floaties, and tons of beach toys. We had an amazing trip and will be back!

Absolutely amazing

My husband and two teenagers spent a week during our spring break at this wonderful Hawaiian oasis. We absolutely loved our time there. The resort is beautiful. We couldn’t have hand-picked a better property to stay at for our vacation. Typically the photos online look was better than the actual experience. This property was perfectly represented and looked just as great in reality. This has 2 master suites and 3 bathrooms. We did not want to leave! We loved spending mornings and evenings on the lanai listening to the birds and looking out over the pool and the lagoon off in the distance. The condo had everything we needed and was well-stocked for living there that week. The property manager was incredible with communication and available to us whenever we had a question. Amazing amenities. The best location! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Perfect getaway

Our stay here was perfect. Heated pools right downstairs. The beach just a short walk away. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay

You won’t be disappointed staying here. We were beyond impressed with the condo. So much room for everyone, every bedroom even had its own bathroom. The property was amazing, beautiful views, swimming area, and steps away from the lagoons. Our favorite part was the giant lanai, we spent a lot of time in the morning drinking coffee and the afternoon visiting out there.
