"My husband and really I enjoyed our weeklong stay here, away from the crowds of Honolulu and Waikiki. Some people said they thought the resort was crowded, but we didn't find that true for us (we went in June). It was definitely worth the hour+ drive to stay on the North Shore. We loved all the hiking trails on the property with many "hidden" beaches all to ourselves (and a couple of turtles). We made use of the free bicycles as well, and they also have horses for those who want to ride. Our room/bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and the food at Beach House by Roy Yamaguchi was especially delicious. We hope to make the trip again someday! "

"The location was perfect as we preferred being out of the city area. Close to MANY beaches. The amenities were perfect - washer/dryer, dishwasher, and beach towls! Very clean unit and sofa bed in living room was quite comfortable. If I ever return to Oahu, I would definitely stay here again! "

"We spent just over a week at Secluded Sands. There were two families, totaling 10 people and the home was perfect. Quiet neighborhood with walkable access to a secluded beach. Location provided easy access for day trips even to Honolulu.We communicated several times with the local property manager. The only issue not resolved during our stay was access to TV streaming services, but we didn’t miss those all that much.Would highly recommend for larger groups o that need some space to spread out!"
