Misty Water Hideaway is NOT lakefront, but is just a short walk to a municipal boat launch adjacent to a sandy beach with grills and restrooms. There is plenty of parking space at the house to trailer your boat. Located just steps from Lake Champlain and convenient to Ausable Chasm, Ausable Brewery and Highlands Vineyard, there is no shortage of things to do and places to experience.

Perfect lake getaway
Such a great, recently renovated property with views of Lake Champlain! Very cozy, comfortable and clean, with all of the amenities! Highly recommended!
