The Hyatt is located in a great spot - very close to downtown, Prospera Place and the waterfront. The King suite room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We didn't try the in-house restaurant but there is food available - breakfast is $11 per day for guests. Free underground secure parking is available. Staff are lovely, making check-in and check-out a breeze. This was my second stay and I will definitely return.

This property was clean, the staff was very helpful especially Monique who was very knowledgeable about the area. There was local transportation and restaurants nearby. There was also parking at the hotel.

Everything was very good. The hotel is clean; parking is easy and safe; we found the breakfast better comparing with other hotels (more tasty and better variety of food including salads, fruits and drinks). I recommend this hotel for sure!

Everything was beyond my expectations. The hotel is in a great location, central to good eateries and shopping. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t included but it was well worth the value. A great selection. I definitely will recommend this hotel to others and also stay there again.
