Could not get the shower to work. Could not get a dial tone on the room phone to ask the front desk how to turn the shower on. Called the hotel on my own phone and it rang a long time before it was answered. The receptionist had no idea on how to turn the shower on so said she would send someone. The person who came to the room did not know how and after fiddling with different knobs, finally got the shower to go. This was a very frustrating experience. Also, we have stayed in a number of different name brand hotels in Kelowna numerous times as we have many family members living there. This is the first time at this hotel and we were very surprised to find that there was a charge for breakfast, especially given the cost of the room - the first time a charge for us for this in Kelowna!
