We stayed on a Thursday/Friday and for the price it was way too expensive for what we got. No wine glasses in the room of in theory one of the better hotels in wine country, nothing to put the filtered water in other than small tumblers, no shower cap, tiny cream, and a coffee maker from decades ago making us think the coffee would not be fresh as I cannot imagine who would use the coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. I cannot imagine choosing to stay here again unless the price came down to something more reflective of the service.

The sofa bed was too squeaky that u can’t sleep but the bed’s were comfortable and washroom was very clean and the location is good for dining & convenience shopping but parking & breakfast not included

Convenient location and cleanliness. Restaurant - unaccommodating to allergies (gluten/celiac). Not able to boil eggs, make salad, offer any options at all - gentlemen in restaurant. Whereas, hostess at front indicated there is gluten free and separate toaster. Hostess at front also said fruit is not on menu, when asked as an afternoon "snack". Quite surprised for a large hotel in the hospitality business. Not certain if they just didn't understand English too well - ie allergies and significance. Definitely do not recommend them if you have dietary restrictions.

Clean and modern property. Sad to see that you are paying for for less however. Two years ago they offered free parking and a complimentary breakfast now the nightly rates have gone up and these features are offered for an extra fee.

Easy & welcoming check in, friendly staff, comfortable room, clean, just in need of blind repairs & newer duvets (grey, flat, old). Dining-average, mediocre breakfast but only $11 so good value. Very nice dining room staff! Great service! 3rd floor patio has no view, concrete walls! Murals or plants would be an improvement. Missed the sunset over the mountains!

Staff and facilities are excellent. Good pool/hot tub and good gym. Happy hour and 1/2 rates for Hyatt members. Disappointed with the $11 fee for breakfast (which used to be included).
