The street noise from super loud trucks and cars was non-stop. Not the property’s fault but on the top floor, traffic noise was just too much.

This is not a typical Hyatt Hotel. It's like staying in a Airport Gate, the front desk staff was not welcoming and uninterested, the lounge Bar is like an Ikea Cafeteria, their are microwavable meals in a vending machine in the bar, they were out of sparkling water unless I wanted some from a previously opened bottle that was flat? There was no body lotion in the shower...guys it's a 1 liter bottle explain how this is possible? The walls in the shower has rust stains on them...this is not worth 350 a night ...maybe 180 on their best day.

We checked in late and the sheets looked like they were used. I asked fie them to be changed and it did not seem they were new sheets only the same ones straightened out. I my opinion I expected the Hyatt to look more prestigious it was underwhelming. The breakfast was good selection but they should have gluten-free options displayed.

Great hotel. Staff are professional and courteous. Rooms are modern and very clean. The morning breakfasts provide guests with good selection of hot options and the Lounge is great for relaxing at the end of the day of shopping or site seeing and touring. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever spent 6 nights of worst sleep. Hotel had a bunch of teens stay at the hotel they made that place into a club and kept my kids up till 12am last 3 nights of our stay. When issue was brought uo to staff they dis nothing about it. What a joke of a " highend" hotel zero stars worse place i have ever been in
