Excellent experience. Friendly staff. Amazing atmosphere. Cocktails and food all amazing too. Gym, pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room also excellent! Signature scent is absolutely lovely and the rooms are so well appointed.

"The staff I had at booking was awsome! She was nice, polite, and informative. She upgraded our room to a king! We went to the pool on 2 and the hot tub was amazing. The only disappointment is the times for the water slide. We stay mostly on a sunday for appointments and the waterslide is only open in the AM on sundays. When we dont check in till 3pm. We do like our stay at the Chelsea hotel either way. Parking is easy, staff is great, rooms are clean, so close to everything."

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. Sofia went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her kindness truly made a difference. We travelled with two children, and everything was seamless and comfortable for our family. The location was perfect and made getting around so easy. Highly recommend this hotel! "
