A wonderful property, great location downtown, classy interior, excellent amenities, first class staff - from reception to maintenance, to everyone we encountered-all polite, responsive and efficient! Absolutely amazing stay. The room was beautiful, the view was beautiful. The entire building is a masterpiece. The hot tub was empty and the sauna was great. The room service was easy and the bar was fantastic as well. Highest recommendation possible for this property.

The reception was amazing welcoming and very supportive. Room was decent and clean. My view was awesome. 38th floor but careful since if the fire alarm come off u need to go down 38 floors 😅 not fun. Suprisingly one disappointment was on the towel when they cahnge one of them were not clean. Only negative point . So dont use towelrs blundly, check them 100%

Only minor quibble is the quality of the towels. Scratchy and obviously old. Bed pillows were also too dense and all the same. I had a sore neck.Otherwise very happy with my room and the great view of CN Tower! Great location. I would stay here again.
