Gracious staff. I mean really, really gracious, and because every single person gave excellent service, I had no need to drive once I handed the key to the vallet. Vegan options were available so no reason to go for food. The only time I left the hotel was to go to a concert. Tiny little issues did pop up, but the service and extras offered were perfect and it’s not worth bringing up. The view was as good as you can get of the lake, several large buildings in the way. Zero complaints, I look forward to visiting again. Comfortable and well appointed suite. Excellent bed. The view!!! Only pull out couch not comfortable to sit on, but I sat on the chair instead. Just lovely.

Hotel is old and out dated. Very dark. Windows were being cleaned so we were advised to keep curtains closed, which only added to our dark stay. Rooms are cramped and gym is old. Gym equipment was rusty and difficult to adjust. Elevators are slow. Only perk is the convenient location. Hotel is central downtown Toronto and walkable distance to many attractions.

The room was okay, not like the image and tiny for a “suite”. Felt a bit run down but was okay for one night. The staff seemed nice and the aircon worked. The bar was quite expensive compared to much better options nearby. I would say this is max a 3* hotel.
