Good location. Easy walk to and from Union Station. Clean hotel. Great room view. The only issue I had was the very loud fan that their heating and cooling system had. When it comes on, you know, and it made for a terrible night's sleep for me, which is a shame as I liked the room.

This property will cancel your booking if you click (pay at property) and if do not arrive by 4 PM (an hour after check-in)… they want some sort of guarantee… they claim my card didn’t go through (but I clicked pay at property, so why are you trying to charge my card?)… also I paid with the same card that was on file. I’m not sure what scam this hotel has going on but it is unacceptable they tried to charge my card without my acknowledge. Good thing my plane landed at on 3:00pm and I was able to arrive at 4:30pm… if I were any later, I might not have had a place to stay… I wonder how they treat the people who don’t check in until later at night. They will probably be exhausted and discover they don’t have a place to sleep. The property itself is nice, these shenanigans will end up costing the property in the long run.

My favorite hotel experience. Very conveniently located at King station and close to everything. Check in was very smooth and we loved having breakfast and dinner options in the building. The Dominion Bank Vault being right downstairs from the lobby was pretty cool. Hot tub was lovely although it could use a few more towels in hand. Would recommend

It was a good hotel stay. I’d recommend for a convenient location for NHL and NBA games. Comparing to similar hotel stays, I would recommend a bit more helpful questioning (ie. “is there anything else I can help with?”) but I’d say that is relatively minor. Hotel staff were all pleasant. Food at cafe was excellent! Staff at cafe on point! Suite was clean. Lots of amenities! Close to lots of attractions!

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Short walk underground to get to Scotiabank Arena. Lots of dining options in the area. We enjoyed our dinner at Real Sports before attending an NHL game. The hotel was easy to access and we used valet parking and would recommend using it at this hotel. All staff we encountered were wonderful and helpful!
