Extremely terrible experience

Terrible experience at this hotel. After returning from a long Europe trip, we were hoping to catch up on rest and set an alarm for 9 a.m. due to jet lag. Unfortunately, a drunken individual pulled the fire alarm around 5 a.m., waking up all the guests. We couldn't fall back asleep and now have headaches from the disruption. Extremely disappointing!
