The overwhelming smell of some kind of air freshener caused an instant headache. My daughter has Celiacs disease and can’t eat gluten. When we looked online at the restaurant, there were gluten free options, but menu different when we went for supper. The waitress then told us she could guarantee that items on current menu would be GF. Cost extra $ for us to uber to another restaurant. Next morning going for breakfast the website lead me to believe that buffet style breakfast was included. The wording when I booked was buffet style breakfast available - assumed this was included. Then at around 0900 am housekeeper came to deep clean the room - we were not due to leave until 11:45 am to catch the airport shuttle. We did not have a pet - so assumed she had been given wrong room information. Then we found out our room cards had been deactivated before the noon check out time. As we were leaving, we were a bit concerned about getting to airport on time, and we debated getting an uber instead of the scheduled shuttle. We asked at the front desk if there were other hotel pick ups or would our shuttle be direct. Front desk said it would be direct with no stops. Disappointed again - as we stopped at 2 other hotels, took twice as long as Google maps indicated. Overall I was very disappointed. (I never write reviews - but felt compelled to write this one).
