The bed made me toss and turn all night. My boyfriend booked me a night here and he wasn’t there with his card on file for the deposit instead I used my card just for them to tell me they can’t give me my money back after charging my bank account they said the card on file that was charged was my boyfriends. I don’t know what kind of scam these people are running but I want my money back! Why charge me and the person who booked the room for deposit!!!!!!!!

The room was fine. Bed was comfy and good enough sheets. Good shower pressure and not hard to figure out the shower. Need more towels in the bathroom. The carpet needs replacing. Though it looks clean, it has that old carpet smell that permeates the room. The AC was working hard in 30° weather which I appreciate but it was very loud. I'll take loud AC over hot room, but something to consider.
