Stay was fine, staff were friendly, room clean, bed a bit soft. My issue was with the Expedia website, it was not clear that there are two hotels with the same name on opposite sides of the airport. I had targeted one but the other one must have also been there and clicked on wrong one. So tried unsuccessfully to check in at the wrong hotel. Annoying. I will certainly be more careful about the address next time.

Whilst the room was smaller than expected for a king, it was comfortable, and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early for check-in and received complimentary check-in! The dining room staff (regrettably we cannot remember his name) was exceptional! He was so very efficient as a lone worker: greeting partons, working ther bar, taking orders and waiting on the tables effortlessly. He's an asset to the organisation!

Shuttle driver was very kind and courteous as was the check in staff. We ate in the lounge/restaurant the evening we arrived and the portions were a generous size. Hummus was great! The room was clean and exactly how we requested it. Would stay here again!

What was the best was the gentleman who checked us in. His name is YASIN. He was absolutely amazing. We didn't get to the hotel til 3 a.m.! Our reservation had been cancelled due to info from our stay the week before not being recorded by the hotel to ensure our reservation was confirmed for the 11th (even tho the fellow assured us our room for the 11th was 'a go'.) Yasin made sure we had a room. A kind, courteous man.
