It was evident that customers purchasing through Expedia (perhaps other travel apps as well) are placed in an older, less desirable section of the hotel. No fault of Expedia's, but their customers are not valued as much as those booking directly.

I waited 30minutes for the shuttle. I saw it idle at the end of the road. But then it drove straight past the Hotel shuttle pick up area without stopping. i eventually walked To the hotel My room was right next to the fitness centre. There was loud thumping noises as people dropped weights on the floor through the night. There was no other room available when I asked. Not a good idea to sell a room that shares a wall with a 24hour fitness centre with heavy weights

The front desk team was amazing Airport shuttle service not as good as it could be. From the hotel to the airport is very good. Long waits from the airport to the hotel. Twice have taken a cab due to an hour wait for the shuttle.
