For someone coming to work for a week in Toronto the suites are very handy. Easy to pick up food/drink ahead of time and with the fridge and microwave can reheat. Saves money on not having to eat out every night and pay for drinks. LCBO in the Eaton Centre and lots of food options. Room was clean and large with 2 decent sized and good TVs. Housekeeping was good and polite. Of course I tip daily and they do appreciate that. Anyway recommend the place for the price and location. A few bums around but you'll get that anywhere downtown. Hotel felt safe that's just any big urban core.

The cost was reasonable. The room was very modern and clean and far exceeded what I needed. I should have been clued in by the "Suites" in the hotel name. Giant bathroom. The room overlooked Richmond St, so a tolerable amount of street noise was present, especially on one early morning where some kind of emergency street work was happening. The HVAC system was very quiet, which was an excellent feature.

Great hotel right in the middle of the CBD, with parking facility, close to Chinatown and St Lawrence market. Would be nice if hotel provides proper breakfast for this price, instead of just muffins and coffee.
