The two evenings we stayed were wonderful. Room was very clean and lovely. Only issue we came across was the in room fridge wasn’t working.

The Delta hotel was extremely clean everywhere: the lobby, bedroom, pool area, gym and the women's change room. All well maintained. Particular mention needs to be given to the Valet staff and the front desk. They were very helpful with my questions/requests and very kind. Exceptional service. We only enjoyed the restaurant for dessert one night and that service was top-notch as well. Well done Delta Toronto! We'll be back.

The rooms were clean, and the hotel environment was very calm and friendly. However, no one welcomed us upon arrival, and we even had to carry our own luggage, which was quite surprising for a 4-star hotel. There wasn’t even a proper parking option — we had to pay a separate fee each time we entered or exited the parking lot. There should at least be a separate entrance or free parking access for hotel guests, not a charge every single time!
