I liked the room and the jacuzzi worked great. The surrounding area in the parking lot was a bit sketchy, but I would come here again.

The room was dirty. There was bodily fluids on the bed and we had to leave. We felt super uncomfortable and checked out immediately. Staff was no help and didnt give us a refund

EST Hotel - not recommended
The “jacuzzi” tub did not work. We asked Front desk to look into it, tried it again and the jets kicked off after 2 minutes and wouldn’t turn back on. Defeats the purpose of paying that much for the jacuzzi suite… the tub surround was cracked and covered with tape instead of being patched properly, with the outlet (disconnected from the wall) sitting directly beside it. The room next to us seemed to have sprung a leak or overflowing tub which caused the third floor ceiling to pour water and destroy the ceiling tiles also soaking the hallway carpet. Water pressure for the shower was extremely poor, have the holes seemed plugged, and the both took forever to fill up. Upon leaving, we explained our troubles with front desk and there seemed to be zero sympathy and “nothing they could do” Terrible experience for 300+$…

I was expecting a fridge in the room but there was not any. In general, the condition looks like it is an old building and the condition of the room was not completely clean.

DO NOT BOOK HERE AT ALL!!!!!
The only reason me & my family booked this hotel was because it said it offed breakfast and we was only in town for 1 more night and just need somewhere to sleep for less then 24 hours. I can’t believe as we woke the next morning breakfast consists of breakfast in a damn brown paper bag. YES a brown paper bag! Like little kids get for school lunches smh. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel before that offer some like that but promote breakfast on there booking. HORRIBLE!!! Then our Ac worked in our room for about 3 hours then didn’t. It was only 1 person on shift after 5 and she was NO help because she didn’t want to leave the desk! My room slept 4 people & had only 1 WASH CLOTH!! Ask for me they act like they don’t have any or no what we are talking about! Smh! Then we didn’t even have an ice bucket in our room she gave us paper bag to just fill up with ice. I travel a lot & point blank period this hotel should be shut down ! There is NO WAY you should have to go through all that in less then 24 hours.!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Is very beautiful, the washroom wasn't that clean, no iron for ironing. When i wanted the bed spread to be changed, i was told no housekeepers available to do so. To be honest, it was a big turn off and didn't serve the purpose of going there

Not worth the price
The room looks nothing like the pictures. Carpets and walls had multiple stains on them. The tv would freeze every 5 minutes and had to do a room switch because I paid an extra charge to have a sofa bed as the cushioning in the first room was all warped and the couch in the second room had stains all over it. Not impressed.

Est Hotel was a nice place for my short visit. Easy parking and staff were pleasant. Room was a great size. There were some cosmetics things but overall nice hotel.

The staff asked me for cash for deposit and charged me extra $6 because I didn’t have cash with me and I had to took it from ATM. This is ridiculous because all the hotels asked for credit card.
