The hallways on the 3rd floor had a strong bad water mold smell. The carpets are uneven as well on that floor. My room had damage which i filmed b4 settling in. I lysol the room as i always do. Found a bug and what looked like may have been blood on the curtain. The curtian linens etc are of mid range towards top tier qualify. The finishings were you can tell good at one time however the just seems like the place needs a little love to make it shine. All in all i just needed access to a jetted tub on a mini staycation with that in mind i mist say this hotel give the vibe it is extended stay. The laundry room is bright and easy to use the pool is tiny but actually had a lift for ability diffent individuals un fortunately it was shut down at the end of the day for 24 to 48 hour stay it was worth the $100. Black friday sale price. Just shake out all your stuff or tye them in clear bags to enusure you don't take a hitchhiker home 3/5. Pretty but needs some repairs.

I booked a king suite for 2 nights with a jetted tub. I made 2 seperate bookings for both nights, I spoke with 2 men at the front counter asking them if i have to pay anything extra to stay in the same room for those 2 nights since i made 2 bookings separately and they had told me no, you don’t have to pay anything extra. They both reassured me letting me know that all i have to do was call in before check out on the second day and let front desk know that i’m booked in for another night. I got to speak with the supervisor there, her name is jaspreet. She has let me know that only 3 jetted tubs work in the entire hotel. And that if i want to stay in the same room i have to pay an extra free of $20 dollars. Then she proceed to tell me that, for the second night i booked a king room with a sofa bed and not a jetted tub on her system. She printed some paper out to show me that it says “overbooked and failed to Found 2 cockroaches on crawling near the cracks of the tub. There’s cracks everywhere in the washroom, near the tub, between walls.

Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and prevented me from being able to remain at the property. On Dec 26th around 11:30pm there was significant noise in the hallways on the first floor, including loud conversation, arguing between a couple, and a crying girl. This disturbance lasted for approximately 20 minutes. What concerned me most was that the reception desk—located only steps away—made no intervention or attempt to address the situation. Due to the ongoing noise and the lack of action from staff, I was unable to fall asleep and ultimately decided to leave the hotel that same night. This is not the level of comfort or service I expected.

The room had some water damage on the ceiling, which was patched, but not completed garbage throughout the hotel. Continental breakfast was a bagged breakfast, which is not too bad, but could have used some fresh coffee on a positive. Bed was very comfortable.
