The parking is dirty and drive way isn’t as easy to locate if your not sure where to go. Staff need to be more customer service privy as it lacks ultimately. They need to reconsider their advertising on the complimentary breakfast to grab and go because the meal is even hot. The rooms need to throughly be checked and clean as when I opened the microwave there was food stuck to the microwave plate… very disappointing. To top it all Sherbrooke was booked for a double occupancy .. they are going to tell me 1 room 1 wash cloth, excuse every part of me ? How can two people share 1 washcloth in what world is that sanitary? I am beyond baffled and lost for words. Not sure how to even justify the service received or what could be don’t to even suffice the issues endured.

The staff were all fantastic and super friendly! The location is a bit strange in a parking lot with a strip mall in front. We were also put on the 4th floor which wasn’t elevator accessible

The property was clean and safe. It was awkward to get into the property Google maps let me pass it. Our room was clean. They should provide more than two bath towels, and two face cloths and one and towel in a room for two people. There was no shower gel in the container. There was only one hanger in the closet.

Jaspreet The reception at the time of my stay was not very helpful. I told her that the fuse in my bathroom burnt out and she did not offer me another room or to fix the issue so my partner and I had to shower in the dark .. and all she had to say was sorry and offered us free juice. Will not come back again.

In general, the hotel looked decent from the exterior but the rooms stinks a lot and infested with cockroaches. I killed 3 roaches within 1 min of entering the room and I have pictures to show.

From the outside it looks pretty shabby and run down and the parking lot is ridiculously small. Once in the lobby and the main floor looked pretty good, so it gave us hope that it was just the outside that was sad. The whole 3rd floor smelled of pot, and it was not because someone just smoked. It was like that two full days. They still have not reopened the breakfast area or pool area since Covid, there were no ice machines any where. Our room smelled like wet dog, and musty. The cockroaches in the room really sealed the the deal. Pay more and stay at someplace better.

Only chose to stay here because it was last minute and a good price. Can confidently say I will not be staying here again. Sketchy area, sketchy people, I guess you get what you pay for.
