I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and its in ideal location at the harbour front , so perfect ffor morning walks near the water front. The rooms are clean , and have good facilities. The main areas in the city are within 10 mins walk. The staff are polite and helpful , particularly within the beakfast restaurant area. Some of the room face the watetfont , so on a sunny day has a amazing sunrise

The room was beautiful and had a great view. Staff were helpful and very polite. However, the amenities were not great, no room service, no smart tv, couldn’t cast or stream. The room only had plugs and on one side of the bed. No usb/c ports. No water in the room, you had to fill a glass container down the hall yourself, under the guise of saving plastic. It was glass, no lid and I never did find the filling station. The $ per night was very high and did not reflect this. For the same a night at a nearby hotel you can pay the same and have all the amenities to make your stay feel special and that you are being pampered a bit. Would not recommend for a staycation or families. Maybe a business trip?

Great location by the water, ballpark, and CN tower. The 510 street car is right out front and makes getting around the city super convenient. The staff was excellent, friendly and welcoming. The hotel has some wear on it, but all and all we loved our time in Toronto and the Radisson Blu made it that much better.
