The location was perfect. Ferry is right behind the hotel. Our room was updated, comfy and clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel smelled amazing.

I order a superior room which offered a great view of the lake but the room was still being rennovated and the bathroom door almost came off...they had to move us to another room which was fine and no issues. When asked for compensation i was offered a modest $80 in point credits. For a hotel of this calbre a dissappoint. Selection for morning buffet was OK...had better at 3.5 star euro hotels. While staff were attentive, one kep giving us wrong information. Overall, while this might be a one off, we were dissappointed given the room prices.

I had an amazing experience at The Westin Harbour Castle. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — truly exceptional service! Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I appreciated how clean and fresh everything felt, and the views of the harbour were simply stunning. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and elegant. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect choice. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the team and the experience were. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend The Westin Harbour Castle to anyone looking for excellent service and immaculate accommodations.

The hotel room was clean and the service was great. Our room was next to the elevator so we could hear loud talking and laughing from other guests. Thankfully, our room was insulated enough so we were able to sleep in and not be bothered by unruly guests. The bed was soft and I felt very comfortable. We stayed in the room with a balcony and lake view. I was worried we would hear noise from the water taxi but it wasn't bad at all. Only 2 elevators were working so we had to wait a long time for them. We ended up trying to find the stairs. The staff saw us look for the stairs and told us to use the staff elevator instead. These little moments is what makes the hotel stay wonderful. Overall, I had a good experience, and will definitely consider staying here again. But next time, I'd book a corner room with a full lake view instead of the balcony (too cold to enjoy sitting outside).
