Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful, from the doorman to the concierge to housekeeping. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint would be the noise of the heating cooling unit. It wasn't loud enough to keep us awake but it did make the TV volume challenging.

The hotel has an excellent location within walking distance to restaurants, harbor and shopping places. We stayed in a lake view room at the North Tower. Nicely renovated room, clean and comfortable. Most staff are very friendly, especially the bell men and valet parking staff. However, the room door doesn't do a good job of blocking sounds from hallway.

The first room they gave us was in the north tower on the 29th floor. The room was outdated and had a very strong musty smell. My wife eyes started watering within minutes of us entering the room. We requested another room.... which the front desk provided right away... no questions ask. They moved us to the south tower on the 30th floor. This room was newly renovated with a breath of fresh air!!! Thanks so much!!!! To the staff.... who were always pleasent and accommodating!!!

The hotel is in a great location; the rooms are clean and there are some toiletries in the bathroom (soap, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner) but the towels are old and tired and there is no shower cap. The lifts are hideous. 33 floors operated by 5 lifts and not all 5 were working; during busy times you would struggle to get in a lift and would have to wait for ages before another one came along

Hotel overall is very nice. However, we found the beds to be a bit hard, bedding is awkward (heavy duvet that falls off the bed easily) and fridge had a sewer-like smell. Queen beds seemed small and we had to request bathrobes for additional registered guests (only one was supplied). Products were nice. A/C was super loud. Found that hotel was not worth the premium price.

The handicap unit wasn't that great. The washroom sink didn't have any counter space to put our toiletries. The quilt was so heavy, we couldn’t pull it up. The staff was helpful. The breakfast wasn't free or we wanted it at least reasonably priced.
