Was here for a 4 night stay from the UK. Fantastic hotel. Lovely room and fantastic breakfast, with friendly and helpful staff. Love the leisure facilities too.

We were very happy with the room here, which was extremely clean and comfortable. We made good use of the swimming pool and fitness centre, though we did feel the men's sauna did take a while to get upto temperature, and even then the top temperature we reached was 78C whereas we'd be more used to something closer to 90C. Hotel location is good with easy access to main attractions, in particular St Lawrence market which we visited multiple times, and a 10/15 minute walk from the distillery District

The hotel was fine. We arrived on our first night and were assigned to a room designed for wheelchair customers. It’s great that the hotel has accessible accommodations but they were not appropriate for us. We were told that this was because the room had been booked on Expedia. I wish we had known about that before booking. The staff was very helpful in finding us a more suitable room for the remainder of our stay.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The staff was exceptional, and I truly enjoyed the variety of food and drink options available in the immediate area. I did have a couple of issues with my room, one of which was resolved on the same day by the efficient maintenance team, who cleaned the AC unit. My primary concern was the lack of soundproofing. The noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was quite disruptive, with doors constantly slamming and conversations carrying through. Improving the room soundproofing and the quality of the pillows would significantly enhance the guest experience
