The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming, especially in the restaurant at breakfast. Always enjoy staying here. It's a fabulous location, the hotel is always clean and has great amenities. Highly recommend.

Great stay , excellent value for a downtown hotel. I didn’t ask about parking rate I used spothero instead. Breakfast is so so it was a buffet but restaurant only charged us for a continental breakfast. Service was good. I would stay here again it’s close to union station and scotiabank and price was on point . Best sleep I’ve had in a hotel .

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious! Everything worked as described, the shower was nice and the lighting in the room was ambient. It was a nice place to return to every night. The thermostat worked perfectly, with temperature changes felt within the minute. The chocolates and water were a nice surprise to see. For an older building, everything felt very modern. Visited the pool for a night, and it was very clean and cozy! The hot tub was spacious and the hanging chairs were a nice added touch. Staff were very nice and check-in was seamless. The location was perfect with Union Station being a five minute walk, a No Frills (albeit the smallest location I’ve ever seen) in the building, and a large Metro grocery a short walk away. I didn’t have a chance to check out the restaurant below but there was a steady amount of people there whenever I walked by so I assume it was a nice place. My only concern would be the noise that travelled into the room; voices and steps in the hallway could be heard as clear as day, and street noise from the restaurants and pubs across the street carrying up to the window, even on the fifth floor. But other than that, my stay was lovely and I would definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in the city!

The room was clean and comfortable (my only complaints are that the bathroom lights are too bright and pillows are too thick. they brought me a smaller pillow but it was still as thick. Not good for sleeping) The staff was friendly and do a great job.
