We loved everything about the hotel, except that the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned. I’m sure it was an oversight because everything else was lovely. Really enjoyed the morning buffet, which was plentiful and good.

Great place to stay - clean, close to many attractions, restaurants and even had a grocery store next door. The staff who worked the breakfast buffet were phenomenal! Very helpful and assisted us with directions and recommendations. I would definitely stay here again when in Toronto.

We had a great stay at the Novotel Toronto Center. .the room was large and the bed was comfortable. My husband used the gym and was hsppy with the amenities. The hotel was a good location. Everything was walking distance or close to transportation. We liked that it was close to Union station. We had breakfast in the restaurant the food was good, and enjoyed the 20 percent off. The happy hour prices were good and.the staff were very freindly and helpful.

This spot is perfect for those who want to be in the downtown area but not in the direct hustle and bustle. It’s a close walk to everything you’d like to see or do in downtown! The breakfast was amazing, so many options and always replenished! We highly recommend and will be coming back!
