great service!

I got the fly and park package with Delta, when I came back from my trip, the waiting time was very short - I saw other passengers waiting for the shuttle, I was the first to leave the airport. When I got to my car seems that I left the lights on, it would not start - I needed a boost. I notified the hotel and immediately they found someone to help me with the car, in no time I was ready to drive back home. - thank you!

bare minimum, not much in facilities but clean, unfortunately the extra bright white all night Sandman Hotel sign shines into the room too much unless one closes thedrapes which would shut out morning sun to wake me up

Stay here if it's the only hotel you can find.

Pros: The wifi works.
Cons: The front desk needs to be able to understand there is construction in the hotel and when your guests are telling you there is a smell.
This hotel is currently going under construction and it's a mess everywhere. They have construction debris in the hallway and outside the hotel. Also, some of the rooms have some sort of stench that is not pleasant to your senses. I had to ask the front desk to change the room three times because of the stench. Also, the front desk agents were not pleasant, they were not helpful when you try to explain to them the smell in the room and the mess in the hallway. The staff in the hotel doesn't seem to pick up trash left in the hallway either. The rooms also have thin walls where you will definitely hear your neighbors. I will not recommend this hotel unless it's the only choice.

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything need to be renovated
I was told the hotel was newly renovated that was not true! The hotel was not what I expected. The room was very small the TV was a very old one with the large back and was static. The sink was very loud when you turned it on. I asked for face towels they ran out!!! Horrible I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I was still in my room when no one knocked and just came right in...

Great Hotel in the middle of Downtown. Lots of fun activites for the kids.

Pros: Close restaurants, great kids entertainment area, kids loved the pool slide
Cons: expensive parking
I mainly booked this hotel for their Kids entertainment area and its downtown location. Enjoyed Staying here. Wish the rooms were a bit more updates and larger but over all a good experience.

Not bad, but an old property in need of renovation

I have stayed at this hotel extensively over the past six months on business travel. It is an older property, having passed through several different hotel companies over the years. It is definitely showing its age. The hotel's staff, however, are an excellent bunch and have gone out of their way to solve problems (running-on toilet - three different rooms, broken TV, etc.). It would be better, though, if the problems didn't occur in the first place. The last thing you need at the end of your day when you are stuck playing "road warrior" is a problem with your hotel room. The front desk is freindly and efficient. The dining room is nice, with very good wait staff, but hotel-typical high prices. Having stayed so often, I now receive frequent guest upgrades. However, the difference between the standard rooms and the premium rooms ends with the better-quality bed (King-size, pillow-top mattress and better bedding) as the furniture, even in the premium rooms, is old, scratched and dented. I have stayed in much better standard rooms in other hotel chains than I get with my premium upgrade at this site. Strangely, the premium rooms do not include the mini-fridge found in the regular rooms. All in all, it's not a bad hotel, but it is time that Delta looked at an overall renewal of the facility.

Not worth it

They charge for everything, including parking at almost twice the daily rate that Impark charges non guests. Breakfast is expensive, the Internet is almost $*/day, and local calls are $* Bottom line: there are better hotels for the money very close by.

Delta Hotel, Mississagua

Despite some disappointments, positive experience. Parking is $9, not free. No free local calls even form premium rooms, about $1 p/m! High speed Internet but no wireless.Restaurant is superb but very pricey.Lobby is beautiful but would benefit from a fireplace.Rooms are small but cosy, comfortable, good quality. The difference between premium/standard: the carpet is allegedly better plus a bottle of water daily.Gym is comperatively decent. Pool, Jacuzzi, sauna are definitely a plus. Locker rooms are grim. Free shuttle took 20 min.

Good place to stay

What makes this hotel better than most others is the attention to details. From toiletries to attentive staff. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
