Upon arriving to check in I was informed my reservation had been canceled due to not paying the deposit, My room was reserved and confirmed. I was to pay for the room and deposit fee via credit card upon arrival as my reservation and receipt specified. The front desk personnel said they had attempted to contact me via phone call which was not true as I did not receive any calls from the hotel. I was then Informed the hotel was completely booked and I would have to go elsewhere Very disappointing

They gave us a corner room near the main hall way and it was just disturbance of people walking up and down the hall especially because the bed was towards the hall right beside the entrance. The second thing was the shower. There was no tub as shown in the picture but instead the tiniest shower possible with no room to move around. Did not enjoy the experience!

Very clean very helpful staff I would say the breakfast that was free was OK but the room and everything was great. Stayed there for three days was given more towels and room was cleaned in between the days which is great

The window darkening shades were in disrepair. I managed to get them to work well enough to block some light. Other items need some attention. Overall a cheap and cheerful stay. Staff can be friendly or not.
