Staff support lacking, couldn’t get front desk on phone always busy.Bathroom had dirty spots and windows dirty. Tv wasn’t working properly. Service in general poor, the server lady in the restaurant was excellent. Was charged 20% extra for room service.

This hotel was average. I wouldn’t say it was the best but not the worst. My room however was in need of desperate upgrades. The toilet tank had a crack that they used scotch tape on it… bizarre… the carpet needs to be replaced. The tile around the Jacuzzi needs to be replaced as it’s cracked. The tub itself should be replaced and upgraded.. if paid more I would have been more upset but still for “upgrading” my room when booking I got this I’m not overly happy with it. The main elevator is definitely rickety, but they have a newer elevator by the desk.

First night our toilet was did not work, room was very old and run down. Needed to be upgraded very badly. We switched rooms to a smelly, musty room better condition though, never had room service. Asked for towels got rude service from the staff. Was very diaappointed from this stay

I had a 2-night stay at the MC Airport Suites. I arrived early and found the reception staff very helpful and was quickly accommodated and allowed into my room early. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and a microwave. Beds were excellent and I had a very comfortable stay. The staff on reception, in the bar and at breakfast were all outgoing and very friendly. I am happy to recommend this excellent hotel to anybody needing a stay near the airport.
