This is an excellent airport hotel. My wife and I have stayed here many times; usually after a long haul flight to Toronto from Europe. We often make use of the "Onestop parking" facility at the hotel on our outbound journey (usually the cheapest option!) so that our car is safe for several days whilst we're away and conveniently located at the hotel right after our overnight stay on our return. The hotel shuttle to YYZ is very good too!

I am really unhappy about the below things: 1) I sent several emails to manager and also mentiined in notes while and after booking regarding coiple of things but I never got any response in return. 3) the whole hotel looks aged, Room carpet is too dirty. Required immediate renovation if it has to meet the standard of Hiltons hotel brand value. 4) Shower space is so cramped and all the shower water while bathing splashes and comes out on washrrom floor outside shower area because the shower door does not close fully whixh makes the floor all messy and slippery. 5) The staff at reception is not cooperative for anything you ask for. I requested a hard and firm pillow in my booking request a momth back but it waa not catered to and when I aaked for the piilow at 9 pm, the guy said rudly that house keeping is closed at 5 and its not possible to geg me the pillow. The only good part is Olga girl at reception who allwoes us early check in for 1 room (booked 2 rooms) ans was kind and responsive. 6) Nobody informed us about the location of free airporr shuttle to pick from airport to hot. We kept waiting and ultimately hired taxi to reach there.

I was told at checking that there was free breakfast until 10 am, and then I got to breakfast and was charged and no one had it on my reservation that we had previously paid for it.

The staff at the front desk were rude and not helpful at all. They did not help with bags, and I had a hard time about the parking. They were not welcoming. I called ahead about infant bed and it was not ready when I came from a long flight. They did not look or sound help to answer any question . I would not stay at that hotel again.

Free hotel shuttle every 30 minutes. We left at 4:00 am and unable to try free breakfast so can’t comment on that. Room is spacious and clean. I tried to Check in early but denied so I left my luggages until 3:00 pm which is fine.

This is a nice hotel near the airport. It's not very walkable to restaurants. The hotel does serve a good buffet breakfast in the morning for extra $and the restaurant is open in the evening for dining. There is also a small food pantry with snacks and dessert options and some sandwiches and salads. The room provides coffee and water. The only disappointment was a charge for parking. I was told on check in with a Hilton number we would not be charged and we were charged. Different desk people, but we did end up paying because of the reservation was through Expedia.

This hotel was super clean and provided a very reliable shuttle to the airport. My favourite part of our stay was the comfortable bed and awesome pillows! I dislike chunky foam pillows, but the Hilton Garden Inn provided fluffy comfortable down pillows - the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Thank you!

Your staff person on front desk, Olga. She was exceptional in helping me navigate thru the long term parking process. What I didn't like was longterm parking is owned by USA company and charges US $ to park in hotel on Canadian ground. that is not acceptable.
