What I didn’t like was I paid for a king suit the ac broke the first night and I got a lot of hell form the front end staff to get another suit we ended up in a queen room for the night and so I paid for a room I didn’t get to use and the staff made it seem like it was my problem the ac broke they didn’t want to put me in another room they keep telling me we have no more rooms they are all booked it was a pain in the butt to say the least

The mattress on the bed I’m sure was from the 70’s, my grandkids would have liked the way it squeeked when they sat on it , I would think it’s time, I was quite disappointed , for the money i really expected more , bathroom as well needed updated , stand up shower should be in all bathrooms now.food was good in restaurant, girls and boys were friendly at check in and out.

This hotel is lovely, elegant, and comfortable. The location near the airport and the shuttle to the airport fit our needs well. It's not an area where one would go for tourism, just highways and hotels, but it's great for travelers.

It would be nice if breakfast were included. The restaurant is expensive, but there are no other dining options nearby. It's great to be close to the airport. The hotel is lovely, clean, and well designed.

Excellent hotel to stay at while travelling in and out of Pearson Airport. On site restaurant (Dixon’s) was excellent. Airport shuttle May18/25 and May 19/25) and female driver we had both times was outstanding. Just 5 minutes to the airport terminals. Easy to book shuttle and very well appointed rooms. Great hotel. Great value as well. Will use this hotel every time I travel in and out of Toronto.
