Having booked and fully paid for the apartment two months in advance, I got a message from the hotel two days before checkin that they had to cancel due to lack of rooms. Only after Expedia got involved and pushed them for a resolution they provided us a room in another apartment managed by them closeby. The location, the building and the apartment itself were really great. However, the problem is really in the management company. First the smell of the place was terrible. Extremely dirty beyond description. Kitchen and bathroom were disgusting. They provided us only one key and building access for a two bedroom apartment. Was very inconvenient. It is just a pity that such great properties are mishandled by such extremely unprofessional management!!
Beddings were not changed, found hair in between sheets. The mattresses were hard. No housekeeping. No tea towels or dish towels provided in kitchen nor dish soap. Big frying pan is old and scratched up. No tea pot. No garbage bags in kitchen. Laundry soap provided for 2 loads, be prepared to buy laundry soap if your staying more then 2 days.
No face clothes in bathrooms, when asked, we were told they are not provided. No toilet paper, only at check in, be prepared to buy toilet paper when you run out if your staying more then 2 days.
Place is very roomy and comfortable with air condition. Nice big TV with cable and lots of channels. Building well maintained with security. Parking good and organized. With a few loose ends our stay was good.
They do not clean their units before giving guest the key. The sheets are stained, bath mats are not washed or vaccumed. I had to go to Walmart and purchase sheets which they said they would reimburse but didnât. These men are scam artists and will not return the deposit.
