Pleasant person at the check-in desk, clean, quiet room (despite being very close to the elevators) and nice cookies, tea/coffee station available in the lobby. As always, the waffles at breakfast were excellent!

The hotel is tired. The HVAC doesn’t work well. The pool was frigid. Nothing wrong with the staff or the location but the actual hotel isn’t that great.
