After I checked in I went back outside to my care and there were 2 police men out front and worn me that this was a very bad neighborhood know for human and drug trafficking and the crime rate was crime ridden and the room stunk like mold I didn’t even stay there I was scared after what the police told me that was April 7,2026 still waiting for my refund

Staff was extremely friendly. They got me in during a storm when all flights were canceled. Hotel is not extremely clean or luxury rated, but the staff were incredible and they let me check in super early. I’m very appreciative for them during those times. They were getting screamed at, attitude, and nonstop arguing from other patrons, yet still remained polite and respectful to everyone.

Check in was ok . Room is ok . Pool room is freezing as it is poorly insulated. Pool is also very cold and not warm or hot. Hot tub is warm. Beds are old and soso. Shower is hot but no pressure. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was delicious.

Clean room, good breakfast options, and reliable shuttle service. The only issue was lack of privacy due to a connecting door between rooms; noise traveled easily. These rooms may be better suited for families rather than separate guests. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff were helpful, friendly and professionals .

The fan in the bathroom is extremely loud, it would wake all in the room if one got up through the night to use the bathroom. Carpet needs to be changed, carpets are dirty you should not have carpets in your hotel, I was feeling the hebe gebee.

The hotel overall was nice and clean, and felt up-to-date. There was no information booklet in the room, and no tv guide channel. I wished there was a little more space between the furniture, but it was fine. Beds were very comfortable. We occasionally heard planes outside, but we mostly only noticed when we first arrived. The pool was good. Not large, but good. The floor is slippery - be careful. The hot tub is smaller, fitting about 4 adults and there's a large raised drain on the floor of it - be careful entering. If you want to use debit for the deposit, it's $350. You have to wait for the staff to check the room, then put your card back in the debit machine to receive the refund. This process was easy, we just had to plan for the extra time. Breakfast: There was a good amount of tables available, and quite clean. The food area was well maintained with timely refills and staff were frequently seen and friendly. Our breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, brown beans, toast, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, nuts and raisins, yoghurt, juices, coffee, tea, bananas and apples. It was great!
