Amazing hotel. The service was impeccable. We paid the extra for the breakfast, it was fantastic. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Great pool. Great location. Beautiful park on the lake walking distance away. We walked to Rogers Centre and CN Tower easily from the hotel. Highly recommend.

Customer Service was truly amazing. Had problems with the elevators for a few days, would be my only knock. Everyone that works there had a great attitude and we're very attentive and courteous. The room was spacious. Location. Was convenient to many local Attractions. Would love to stay there again.

Got off to a rocky start. We spent 35 min at reception trying to check in. A glitch in their systems! Everything else was awesome although I don’t think the upgrade was an upgrade- said our ‘new’ room had a glass shower and it was the old tub/shower setup. Once past that, we had a great stay.

Weekend stay at Westin Harbour Castle

Location is convenience. Great view of lake Ontario. But the hotel itself needs update. 1) entrance is not pedestrian friendly. Designed for cars. No ramp for disabled person. 2) air condition/heating system is old and very noisy. 3) elevator is noisy. 4) bath towels smelled moldy. Not worth the price.

Property was ok. It was under construction on some floors and the elevators took during peak hours. I had to get my room switched due to construction but the staff were very nice and accommodating about it. Offered complimentary breakfast for me which made it better. Overall, I wish the construction would have been detailed before booking the room but they did very well with accommodating me.
