Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful, from the doorman to the concierge to housekeeping. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint would be the noise of the heating cooling unit. It wasn't loud enough to keep us awake but it did make the TV volume challenging.

Hotel in good location overlooking the lake and by the ferry and water taxi terminals. Plus a short walk to many attractions such as the CNN tower and 5 minutes to Union Station. Breakfast was good going on to 10.30 am with a freshly cooked egg station. The hotel was in reasonable condition and overall the service was fine

The location is superb. The view was amazing. Hotel personals were very helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers. No matter of age or recreation taste, it is a wonderful hotel.

Overall a great hotel, it’s very busy and the lifts were a pain at times but the staff did everything they could to keep things moving. All the staff were great to be honest
