Convenient for us to see the show at the Princess of Wales Theater. Staff were pleasant and polite. Valet parking only was a pleasant surprise. Amazing hotel room.

I took advantage of valet parking. They were very accomodating in letting me leave my car past check out while I attended the theatre. I thought prices were pretty high in the restaurant.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here so much. The staff were very accommodating and the place itself is a work of art. If we only had more time to try their other facilities such as their restaurant, bar, and gym, then we would have done that. I will definitely come back here once the opportunity strikes.
