Patio door sealant is garbage. Room was freezing even with the heat cranked. Had to keep the curtains closed at all times to help keep the draft out to stay warm.

Excellent customer service at reception and restaurant. Room was quiet except for the occasional door slams which could be better muted. Great to have a spacious safe in the room. Good restaurant choices on site but even greater flavour and variety nearby, Dundas is a 10-min walk away. Definitely coming back to explore Hong Shing, Bangkok Garden, Host and other gems nearby!
