Rooms very clean. Hallway was very noisy most of the time. disappointed the adult pool was acceptable to all because the kids pool was under construction. My favorite thing about this hotel is the adult only pool and i was very disappointed when we had to share with all. Wish I knew that before I booked and I would have stayed somewhere else.

This hotel has very clean Room. Service was good. It has excellent location. My only concern it was about the elevators. People get lost very easy. They has to make more sign to get better orientation.

Checkout was at 11:00 and at 9:15 there was a knock on the door, followed by a wait of about four seconds before staff entered the room while I was directly across from the door in the washroom stepping out of the shower. Do you not have a system that shows when someone has checked out and the room is available for cleaning? And if not, you need to wait at least a little while after knocking. Screw this place, will never return.
