Beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities!!

This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations! It started with a great price knowing it was in the heart of downtown Toronto and had many amenities. When we arrived the staff was spectacular. From the front desk to housekeeping to concierge and restaurants. Such friendly and professional staff and you could tell they loved their jobs. We don't have children but we were so impressed with the children's amenities. They get to check in at children's check in and receive a prize, they had activities for children like face painting, popcorn, movies. I was just amazed! The pool, hot tub and fitness center for adults was on the 27th floor and the view was spectacular!! This will be our hotel for every Toronto visit in the future. Thank you!!!

Excellent Surprise

Pros: See above.
Cons: Bathrooms were clean and updated, but a bit on the small side.
Location: Easy to Yonge St., Eaton Centre, Yorkville...
Didn't expect this hotel to be so large, have such classy décor, and have such a large and varied restaurant for meals. Great outdoor patio. Walking distance to major Toronto attractions. Reasonable price. Would definitely look to stay there again. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to serve.

Enjoyed Chelsea Hotel

Pros: Hotel has many features, like huge dining area, kids pool and waterslide, and nice gift shop. Very nice lobby too- it's a huge hotel.
Cons: Our bathroom in the hotel could have been cleaned better. The floor was not super clean.
Location: Central location and near the Dundas Eaton Square (like the Times Square of Toronto). Within easy walking/bus/train distance of many sites in Toronto.
We had a nice stay at the Chelsea Hotel in Toronto. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Toronto and had everything we needed in a hotel. Hotel room was decent size for a city hotel, and we enjoyed the dining area since it had very good buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was also an a la carte area for grab and go items. Loved the kids pool and waterslide area- the kids had a blast.. and the teen lounge with video games was nice too. My kids had a blast and didn't want to leave the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families.

Great location.

Pros: It was a beautiful hotel.
Location: The location was great. You could walk around and site see or go grab a bite to eat in any direction.
Great location, right in the heart of Toronto. Did think our room would of been more up to date, but it was clean. The staff was great. I had to an early check because we wanted to drop our luggage off to return our rental car. We chose to get a different room then the one we might have gotten. I went to the concierge desk after check in to get directions. While I was waiting a gentlemen gave his bags to another guy and said " we can't check in until 3, can you please hold our luggage?". I wish the front desk gave me that option instead of just doing the early check in. We still had to return our rental car and could of checked in when we returned. It was just miscommunication.

Great views!

Pros: Location wasn't bad, view from balcony was gorgeous!
Cons: Noise level, upgrading is needed, and long wait times everywhere.
Location: The location was decent, close to Yonge street, but I prefer other locations in Toronto better.
The hotel was INSANELY busy. When we first got there at 9PM, we were given a room that wasn't cleaned yet. So we had to go back downstairs and get a new room, the staff was very apologetic and the staff were all EXTREMELY nice. The room was standard, nothing spectacular, I expected more but there weren't any huge concerns either. The major selling point for me was that the room had a balcony that overlooked a busy road and I absolutely loooovved the view. The noise level of the rooms were extremely loud, the elevators were beyond packed.... every time we rode them you could barely fit in and the wait was extremely long.

Great hotel, terrible wi-fi

Pros: Location is amazing, downtown Toronto
Cons: Wi-fi needs to support more people and connections and stop cutting out
Location: In between two subway stops. Located near a big, "Times Square" kind of area. First stop on the tourist bus is nearby
Super nice staff, super great hotel. Only the wi-fi was terrible
