This was the first and last time I would stay in the old tiwer. The room was clean but showed uts age. This room should have been updated 30 years ago. The heater jeeps you up all night and the elevators are very slow.

I was there for a family trip in Toronto for my son’s second birthday, the night shift who met as at the reception was not professional in her place she speaks TOO loud with the costumer. Was no FREE tv chanel in room you have too pay for it. The hotel stay is expensive compared to the services provided. There is no soundproofing in the rooms; we can hear people talking in the hotel corridors Early in the morning and night.

Room was clean, and we had a great view out of our balcony. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful despite the business of the hotel considering it was a concert night. Although, it did have a strong odour of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room.
