The gentleman that checked me in was incredibly accomodating. I appreciate his understanding and don't recall his name but it was easy to check in. Also when I was leaving the staff was also helpful with regards to helping find where I had parked.

Checked in after 10pm and it took almost 35 minutes. Once in our room the thermostat was at 73, I called the front desk when the AC wouldn't work - the vent continued to blow hot air for a long time. They claimed they would send someone "immediately" - which didn't happen. I finally had to call back down to the front desk, as it was approaching midnight and I wanted to sleep, only to be told that "the system is set to heating and heating only" so I was not going to be able to cool the room down unless I opened the balcony door. I asked for them to cancel the maintenance call, he said he did... he did not, they showed up at almost 1am and knocked FOUR TIMES! Totally disappointed with the hotel, used to stay here frequently.

room was very clean, comfy bed/pillows. Although I found the bedding to smell a bit on the stronger side of bleach. Found the breakfast buffet to be too expensive. It was much cheaper to eat outside of the hotel. The Elm St. Bar closes too early. It would be nice if it stayed opened longer giving the option to not go out and find a place to snack and have drinks.
