Irene at the front desk went above and beyond- breakfast service and staff above and beyond. noisy at night based off of traffic from the 400, easy and accessible. Hotel room was clean and provided with everything needed.- air conditioning unit wasn’t working.. my only complaint. Would definitely suggest staying at the Holiday Inn express I will be there again.

I called down to the front desk. I asked for extra towels & they said that they were too busy. I notice that our Ice bucket was missing. I called the front desk again. They only offered a baggy.

The room was ok but the bathroom could have had some love. The door latch missed a screw, the paint ceiling seemed to have been wet for a while (the paint was lifting up). There was only one towel when we were 2 people on the reservation and no glass available.
