The inside of the property was well maintained the outside not so much. My reason for the poor score was due to scheduled power outage from midnight to 5 am which we learned about apon check in. No air conditioning unable to even charge our phones. Didn't feel safe 1 elevator working . Had to eat in the dark with a flashlight . For 500.00 a night it's a huge disappointment. Not to mention the Front desk staff couldn't find my Hilton rewards account even when I had my card so no points for our stay

The full Hilton experience, which is excellent. Only issue is the building exterior is a little dated.
