Our room was perfect. Well appointed and nice Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bath. The price of a standard room for 2 nights equalling 1300.00 is a bit much though. It seems to be standard in that range of hotels/area but how? Why? It certainly makes me hit pause on another little getaway. Looking foward to these inflated prices coming down sometime.

Before arriving Clarice from the Executive Lounge was very helpful and went the extra mile to help make mine and my finances stay special. The room was fantastic and great location. However the front desk can do with some training in customer service I feel. I spoke with a few on the app chat and as much as they professionally answered my requests for the simplest of asks (q tips, plates and cutlery), there was no extra mile or even a bother to help. It felt more like I was an inconvenience to even ask for those items. When walking passed reception no smiles or greetings from anyone. Once again it seemed more they were annoyed guests were there. But the stay was great and my fiance loved it. Reception and customer service can definitely learn to be more approachable.

Hilton Toronto not what I expected.
I booked an executive suite expecting a high-quality room in line with the Hilton brand. Due to water dripping from the ceiling creating a big puddle in front of the bathroom along with a loud humming noise which seemed to be coming from the roof I had to change rooms at 430 am. The new room was much better however during a work call I heard a loud bang in the bathroom, the soap, shampoo, and conditioner holder had detached from the wall and fell into the shower. The whole place looks and feels unkempt and needs a makeover, especially the rooms and bathrooms. Definitely not worth the money.
