The hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was generous and the facilities useful for families/self catering guests. Breakfast had a variety of options. Overall a very enjoyable trip.

This hotel/room was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. The one thing that was better than the hotel was it's staff. I have never stayed in a hotel with staff this friendly. Never passed by anyone that didn't say hello, good morning or good night, and mean it. The service was INCREDIBLE ! We will be back if in the area again. Thank you.

Appreciated having a 2 room suite. Staff was courteous. Location is not good for tourists. Theres no dining within walking distance for families & the nearby restaurants that are within walking distance seem sketchy. Theres a lot of company offices around. Its not a nice or pleasant area.

satisfactory experience

the reason for the okay rating is because the whole decor of the room and bathroom is a bit dated and does not sit in line with the Hilton standard. Having said that the breakfast was good and included in the package. The kitchenette in the family suite could do with having a kettle for boiling water, which was something most European tourist always miss in a hotel stay! Overall a satisfactory experience.
