The room was ok. Parking on site was minimal. We booked a 2 night stay a week apart as we left for our trip. I contacted the property prior to booking the rooms asking about the parking. Was told no problem leaving the vehicle onsite then when we arrived was charged 125.00 additional to leave the vehicle there. When we arrived at the airport we called to get a ride back. The hotel asked for our name and another group took our shuttle on us. Told the driver that we had been waiting for 40 min for the shuttle and he said he was not told we were waiting. The driver came back 40 Min later and again the shuttle filled up but we were lucky to get on. When asked at the front desk the reception was not very apologetic for the situation. Standing outside for 40 Min at at -20 ins not pleasant. Didn’t want to chance missing the ride back. We usually stay at a different chain and decided to stay at Homewood. Won’t make that mistake again. warrivback at the airport from our trip

Scrambled eggs every morning for four days is not what I was expecting on a corporate center type of hotel. We usually stay at the Homewood suites on Edwards Boulevard which is not a corporate center and it is much better. The only thing that i found very nice, was the staff. Isabelle the receptionist when we arrived, went above and beyong to make us happy and comfortable for our stay.
