We're not sure about the VIP amenity or upgrade but we received bottled water and a bottle of wine from the very friendly and efficient staff. It's very convenient for Yonge St and only a ten minute walk from Union Station. Indeed, a short walk from the aquarium, CN Tower and other tourist spots. The restaurant was closed but coffee and muffins were available every morning.

The suite was quite large and we enjoyed the separate living/dining area. The bathroom sink area was large and separate from the toilet/bath area so it was very easy for 2 or more persons to get ready at the same time. Staff was friendly, elevators were large, convenient area. I would stay here again.

I have always had great service and guest experiences at the Cambridge Suites, my only regret is that there is no restaurant anymore. Before the pandemic it was always a delicious and convenient fine food dining option. The staff is wonderful and the location is excellent.

My stay here was very nice. Only briefly ran into "issue" with not enough water pressure in the shower, but that was quickly fixed. The area of the hotel was nice and closely located to the TTC, mall and a lot of different kinds of restaurants. Easily walkable to a lot of things and things that were not walkable, the subway and buses were close by to take to other places.
