Check in staff was kind, parking was easy, room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Hot tub overlooking the city was lovely at night. I would stay here again next visit!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Lovely room. Breakfast was pathetic. No coffee after 9 am was ridiculous for the price. Recommended though if you are going to Massey Hall. Just a wee walk.

I took the red eye, so I got in very early and hours before my room would be ready. They accommodated my luggage and allowed me to shower at their gym, which was a life saver since I had a busy day with clients.

It is dated but functional, no heat available which at this price it should be anytime of the year. We were told that heat was not turned on yet! This is 2025, surely every room should have its own hest and cooling available. No restaurant still which is a bit inconvenient but many options nearby. The suites are roomy and quiet.

Great location in downtown. Disappointed no gluten free options for muffins in the morning when asked. Was a flat no which is poor service given the hotel cost and dietary needs should be accommodated.
