Very good! Parking at the hotel costs per night, which is a bummer, but to be expected at a location literally right in the middle of a city.

always a great experience

Pros: good location, good dining and comfortable rooms.
Cons: more dresser space and more information about what is included in the room package
Location: the location is convenient for our needs and close to shopping if it becomes necessary.
we have stayed at the Cambridge for many years and are always pleased and impressed with the hotel. The Staff was extremely kind , friendly and helpful often going out of their way to do so. We really feel comfortable here.

Great staff, nice hotel that is very central

I loved my stay. The hotel is the the middle of everything and one street off of Yonge Street which is the best street downtown.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: Convenient to local attractions - Corning Glass Museum and local quaint shops
Cons: Can't understand why smoking permitted in smoke-free hotel
Hotel nice. Like to spend night or 2 on our way to and from Canada. Every time, large events have also been there, which is fine, except smoking permitted at hotel entrance. So have to make your way thru 20-30 smokers just to check in. Smoke drifts into lobby. As asthmatic, it made me ill; had to use back entrance, where people also smoke, but there were fewer. Room was nice and clean, but it's hard when I need to use inhaler every time I enter and exit building.

Nice hotel, walking distance to a lot of places

Pros: The location. Can walk to most places in downtown
Cons: They need to add bathroom fan for shower steam and smell.
Staff pleasant. Went to different places like water front and China Town

Weekend Getaway

Pros: Location and quiet, comfortable room.
Cons: Many of the lights on the elevator buttons did not light up, so it was difficult to tell if it was pressed.
Location: Close access to theaters, restaurants, shopping, subway, and moderately close access to the water front.
Cambridge Suites is located on Richmond between Younge and Victoria. We had excellent access to theaters, restaurants and shopping. While a fair hike, we chose to walk to the Enercare facility to attend the boat show. It was about a 45 minute walk with no concerns along the way. On our last day the weather was not good. We learned how easy it was to use the underground walkways with connection as close as the parking garage to the hotel. We did have a couple of issues with our room, however, the hotel staff promptly responded.

Wonderful location and room.

Pros: Location, price, the bed and rooms. Hotel restaurant was very good and reasonable.
Cons: Furniture in the living room and the towels were old and scratchy. Minor things!
Location: Hockey HOF, Blue Jays games, shopping, and Casa Loma.
The hotel is centrally located to the downtown attractions we were looking to visit. The staff was excellent. The furniture in the living room is due to be updated and the towels could also be used as a luffa, very scratchy. But those are the only minor complaints we had. We stayed at several Embassy Suites on this trip and the Cambridge Suites was far superior. We had a wonderful stay, and if we go back to Toronto, we know exactly where we'll be staying.

Right Hotel, Fabulous Location!

Pros: Close proximity to just about everything! Great staff! Loved the suite with beautiful view!
Cons: Better mattress! :-(
Location: Eaton Centre, the PATH, Hop On/Hop Off; local eateries...
Staying at the Cambridge was indeed a treat; from the moment we entered the lobby until we departed! The hotel is just steps away from everything! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We had a beautiful view of the city and enjoyed the expansive views. Highly recommend!!

Aged, cracks in counter, pullout not working.

Pros: Was close to theater.
Cons: Updating decor. Fixing broken items and counters.
Location: Theater, shopping close. Bar down the street. Not overly busy area.
The rooms were spacious. Towel bar fell apart one day. Shower bar fell another. Good thing no one was near them so there were not physical injuries. Just frightening. When desk was told they just said okay and had the shower bar put back up. Dissappointed.
