Great location with easy walking to a variety of shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed in an immaculately clean room. Front desk staff courteous and welcoming. Only down side was the continental breakfast of pre-packaged muffins.

The heat & A/C control were fine, shower/bath/sync area were well setup and easy to close off from the bedroom. The desk was a good size for work, wifi was fine. The fridge, microwave, and Kureg were bonuses.

My stay at Cambridge Suites Toronto was great! Staff were professional, check in and check out were extremely easy, and the room was clean and very nice. Parking was very easy in the garage under the property. After 10pm, the hotel keycard is required the get into the hotel and a staff member at the door will verify you stay here, so I felt very safe. The hotel is nearby many convenience stores, the Eaton Centre mall, and streetcar stations for easy transportation. Would stay again!

We have stayed here twice because it is a convenient location. The staff is generally friendly. The hotel is looking very dated and worn, our room was not in good condition with a hole in the bathroom wall, the vent in bathroom was filthy. We didnt trust the room was cleaned well before we arrived. And while we appreciate the idea of coffee and muffins in the morning, the baked goods are dry and the coffee is weak. We will look for a different hotel for our next visit to Toronto.

The stay was fairly pleasant until the last night when our room was suddenly filled with the smell of marijuana at 12:00 in the morning. When I alerted the manager they checked it out and couldn’t find the source. It was coming through the rooms vents. We were moved to another floor, which was great, however, were not compensated in any other way. Disappointed.

Good

Room is very spacious and comfortable. Design is dated and there’s no hand shower but small things. Reception staff are helpful but not warm. Housekeeping persisted to clean my room while I was there as I think she wanted to be on schedule. Nonetheless, it’s a good stay and I would recommend it.
