The Hotel was very good, great location to walk to Downtown Toronto, Eton Center, Restaurants and the breakfast is amazing! It's a store for shopping the what you need, souvenirs and Clothes, we got to beautiful vest 1 for my son and 1 for me with good price. I don't give 100% for the rooms, they are smalls but everything else is great! We got the 14 floor! We love it.

Great hotel. Conveniently located in the heart of midtown. Common spaces are nice but compact and can’t hold that many people. The rooms are nice but also compact. Stay away from Lower floor rooms facing Carlton. The constant bombardment of street noise is untenable ( I had to move rooms after two days of not being able to sleep ). Hotel parking is outrageously priced ($36 per day!) There’s a public parkade literally next door for less than $10 per day so use that. Compact and Average at best. Convenient midtown location. Reasonably priced.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Facilities themselves lacking: gym closed for repairs, shower door making loud breaking sound, overall seemed like in barely acceptable condition. Positive is all was very clean. Overall a poor value compared to close by hotels that are higher level for only $50 more.
