hotel staff were not very friendly. I could book with my visa debt card but was told i could not use it when I arrived. i was going to be charged 500 for the deposit if I did not use a credit card. This information was not viable online. I was also told that my reservation would have been cancelled without being notified. The hotel was dirty. the rooms were so small that you could barley walk around the beds. The worst hotel that I have ever stayed at.

The staff were fantastic. We got checked in in minutes. I requested a crib and I was given an actual crib with a mattress. The room was very clean. We got a king suite and it comes with 2 bathrooms so you don’t have to disrupt your sleeping child and can each have your own space. The breakfast was great and they had lactose free yogurt which I have never seen at a hotel breakfast. They were very accommodating at breakfast with a functioning high chair and anything else we needed. Extra towels were offered to us from housekeeping as well. Truly and very family friendly and family oriented hotel.

Everything was perfect. Rooms were clean, staff friendly. Underground parking awesome. Had to rush for free breakfast, was offered some containers to grab what we wanted to eat on the run. The potatoes with parmesan cheese were so delicious, took fresh cut fruits , bacon, patries, yogurt & coffee to go. All was perfect. Thanks for a great stay, will be back in April.

The hotel was in a great location. 15 minutes to the Eatons centre, 20 minutes to the ROM. Grocery store and bulk barn right next door. Service was incredible! Hotel is older, but a great price for the location!
