The carpet was dirty when we checked in. I inform the staff about 15-20 minutes after checking in and the staff said that we used the room for an hour already and there is no housekeeper available to clean the carpet. I told him we just checked in less than 30 minutes ago, but he insisted that it was an hour ago already which means we already used the room. To avoid argument, I asked what they can do about the room, maybe we can transfer to another room instead. He said that since there is no housekeeper available, we cannot transfer to another room that night, or If i will insist, we can transfer the next day instead. We didnt transfer as we have a booked tour early next morning. Another thing, we were charged for 3 nights but I only booked for 2 nights. I am contacting the hotel to fix these charges, I will send the bank charges for proof.

The carpet was dirty during the check in. We went down 15-20 minutes after seeing the room and inform the staff about it, requested to transfer us to another room but I was informed that we have used the room for 1 hour already (i told him it was not even 30 minutes ago), but the staff insisted that it was an hour ago. To avoid argument, I asked what they can do about the dirty carpet maybe we can transfer instead, he said that there is no available housekeeper and there is nothing they can do but to wait the next day if I insist to transfer to another room. Another thing is we stayed for 2 nights and I was charged for 3 nights. I am sending them my credit card history to inform them.

Very convenient location, nice swimming pool, a bit noisy, relatively small room and beds could be more comfortable, but the price was good. So it's all good for a short stay :)

The hotel is really nice. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted me during check-in was not very pleasant. I’ve been using Expedia for my hotel and flight bookings, but she still doubted my reservation. She also wasn’t very friendly.
