The staff was so friendly. And the breakfast bar is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! I’m not even exaggerating. I believe this was the best hospitality I have ever received. This is a great deal; the breakfast was inclusive and far exceeded the usual hotel swill- fresh fruit! turkey sausage!- the place is spotless and comfortable, i did laps in the pool each morning. My room was quite cold and i could not get the heat to warm it but they did cheerily bring extra blankets so all was well.

No check in parking space also no detection fo the parking lot? When I finally found the parking lot it was under construction- barely any spaces. I saw one but the angle ho turner’s so tight I scrapedy passenger side door. The room is smal, dated and I hear someone banging on the street and cars, cars. Awful

The lobby and common areas are well kept. My upgraded room though quiet had the oddest bathroom. the counter was awkward with the sink wedged in the corner and almost touching smaller then regular toilet, the door to the bathroom touched the toilet when open, the shower though newly renovated was 28" wide sadly I'm 30" at the shoulders and could only shower sideways. The room itself had been freshly renovated and well kept but had a dresser under the window that was completely unnecessary. The breakfast was included for me and was a nice selection of food, the bacon was extra salty-put me off, but some might love it. The staff over all were helpful and were pleasant.

My two grandchildren and I had the best breakfast included with the room that I have had in any hotel to date, particularly at a room price of around $200 a night in downtown Toronto. Lots of fresh fruit and healthy options in addition to the usual bacon and eggs type of offerings. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the dining room staff were very cordial and helpful. The location just a 3 minute walk from College subway stop was a plus.
