The hotel housekeeping staff do not clean your rooms. I had to go to front desk twice to ask for my room to be cleaned!! Then the bed pillow had dried blood on it! The manager was not helpful and the staff didnt care about me complaining about the services!!!

Good Hotel

We got a room on the north side of the building. The only issue we had was the sound of cargo trains that were passing by even at midnight. The sound was noticable, but didn't wake us up after we went to sleep. Other than this issue, everything else was great.

When checking out, they asked to search the room. There was a lady after who checked out after me that they didn't ask to search her room(racism). Then got charged $200 for not smoking, but because I had rolled weed in the room. Will not be returning.

a prior guest cut his/her nails and left the cuttings on the rug and they remained when I arrived. even after I asked for better cleaning, nail cuttings remained. Not pleasant.
